I'm staggered that it has taken 50 hours for it to be made official. How will we be notified when service is restored?

We do not have Talk talk services because for some reason you could not provide them at our address. We have See The Light who did provide them. You are crooks. Ofcom even say you are worst ISP. We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best

Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!
