The e-mail problem affecting me began at 10.00 on Friday. It finally appeared on the TalkTalk service site 45 min ago.

I'm staggered that it has taken 50 hours for it to be made official. How will we be notified when service is restored?

Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

I hope now that this is the end of my problems. I'd wasted an enormous amount of time on it as well as suffering frequent 'outages'.
