Honor Barnes UK (@HonorUkb) reported@TalkTalk I absolutely do NOT recommend TalkTalk. We spent hours trying to renew the contract. And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.
-
Viral Patel (@patelviraln) reported@TalkTalk @WeAreOpenreach @ofgem I have been waiting for my full Fibre order from Talktalk since March this year. There was some open reach work to be done outside our house. That never happened and talk talk now keeps canceling the order with no right update. #Worst service
-
ap Austin (@apAustin1) reportedFN brilliant you get on the mobile to TalkTalk to report a land line fault, they keep you hanging on for an hour+ and then the line drops out. Its a similar story with their online service. No wonder Britain has gon down the drain.
-
Jack Rtd. 🏴🇮🇨 (@jacks_almanac) reportedRe your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops I’ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement. You still don’t believe me. Direct Debit cancelled. Congratulations on the customer-retention masterclass.@TalkTalk

olusanyas lasange (@TopiSloppy) reportedAnybody else with sky wifi I moved from talktalk to sky few months ago got there 2nd fastest WiFi and it is ******* terrible my talktalk wifi was alot worse speeds and seemed to be faster 😑
-
Richard Vader 💙 (@RichardCurry7) reported@rockchic666 @TalkTalk Good luck Alison, took near four months to sort out my elderly aunts' issue with them.
-
Catherine Arthur (@CatArthurian) reportedUpdate... They want my 82 yr old mum to send a speed test result by connecting the computer (upstairs) to the router (downstairs) via ethernet cable (which they don't have). 🤨 I explained that they won't be able to do that - they don't have a laptop, and it's not practical to unplug their pc and relocate it next to the router - they just can't physically do it. TalkTalk were not interested and insist it's the only way they can check if they are not receiving the correct speeds – although they did tell me during my first call that they could see the speed was only 12mbps...🤔 They will send an ethernet cable by post anyway, or could send someone out to do it – £150 call out fee. Never mind. Contract ends in October and won't be renewed... Nice service for the elderly, what?
-
Tony Notman (@TonyNotman49593) reported@devilscustard @TalkTalk Typical behaviour of companies when you do not pay for the service they failed to provide. Better to ignore them. They will eventually go away. BT, Vodafone, and virgin have tried this with me.
-
I Never Liked You (@sheldon_wo7) reported@TalkTalk you have the worse signal in all of the UK. Are you lot having a laugh, I’m sure they have better signal in the top of Mount Everest
-
Azraël (@azrael_options) reported@FirstSquawk TalkTalk headlines are a classic deal-premium trap — retail sees a spike and forgets the network arm is being carved out. Market makers will pin price while algos front-run the headline, but the real bid only shows once Octopus puts terms on paper. If those talks collapse, the gap down burns every late buyer — and that's exactly when the smart money quietly steps in.
