TalkTalk Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DaiSmashie Dai Smash/DavidDoran (@DaiSmashie) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

@andylance1977 @TalkTalk I had a similar thing with sky a few years ago when my dad couldn't get a signal n we cancelled in the cooling off period they said he had to pay the full years fee. After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

  • underratedchai Lol-Akh (@underratedchai) reported

@ChampagneFaki Looooooool naaah I’ve had sky but it ain’t as bad as talktalk trust me 💀💀

  • nivelan nivelan (@nivelan) reported

@AgiBergman @bt_uk Zen are good but very expensive. I'd recommend TalkTalk. They've just opened a new call centre in Salford too, where they're headquartered. Plusnet are part of the BT Group so I'd treat that with a pinch of salt. Maybe CityFibre have connected your new home to Fibre?

  • Stephen38897364 Stephen Pearson (@Stephen38897364) reported

@TalkTalk hi I have been waiting for an update in regards to a broadband issue since Thursday 17.12.2020. I have less speeds than I am contracted for, upload issues along with websites taking ages to load or timing out and slow response times for streaming services.

  • KellyBradley21 Kells (@KellyBradley21) reported

@TalkTalk Please. As this issue is still ongoing.

  • andylance1977 andy lanyon (@andylance1977) reported from Newport, Wales

@TalkTalk told if she cancels direct debit for a service (that isn't working) the account will be referred to a debt collecting agency. Is this how you treat customers?

  • thaaqibR Saqib A Rafiq (@thaaqibR) reported

@MrMarcuss @mcboxingstars This is what I was alluding to earlier. Seems ISPs in the US are content to give their customers any old crap. I use Talktalk which in UK a few years ago had a bad rep. I can easily stream 4K content off a £25 a month 67mbps connection. Wonder what the pricing is like in the US?

  • andylance1977 andy lanyon (@andylance1977) reported from Newport, Wales

@TalkTalk absolutely disgusting customer service. My partners mother, an elderly vulnerable adult is paying for Internet but its not working and they won't let her or her daughter discuss the account because she can't remember security questions.

  • ndyted Andy Whitehead (@ndyted) reported

@TalkTalk your customer service is the most frustrating, ridiculous process. My father in his 70s is suffering anxiety because you don’t reply to emails and you keep him on hold for hours. Remember people who have bad experiences tell everyone they know. Sort yourself out please

  • LornaGourley Lorna Gourley (@LornaGourley) reported

@TalkTalk on hold (again) to make a complaint (again). No service because your company have not done what they said they would do 12hours of telephone calls, still no resolution @BBCWatchdog
