-

TalkTalk Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Bill Graham (@graham69717) reported@entrustTMF @virginmedia Only way to get good service is to use BT/Open Reach as provider; but you will pay! I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
-
Fazillionaire (@FAZILLION) reported@TalkTalk I refuse to pay the cancellation fee or call this number. I need an express guarantee that I will not be charged an exorbitant cancellation fee for a service I have not used yet. This is the only action I want from TalkTalk..
-
Paul Ivory (@paulivory1963) reportedWhat an absolute shower of sh1t your company is. After over an hour of trying to talk with someone who actually wants to care and deal with an issue, I've got nowhere excepy angry and stressed. You are an absolute indescribable, shoddy outfir @TalkTalk #talktalk
-
ap Austin (@apAustin1) reportedFN brilliant you get on the mobile to TalkTalk to report a land line fault, they keep you hanging on for an hour+ and then the line drops out. Its a similar story with their online service. No wonder Britain has gon down the drain.
-
Gilly G (@glg70) reported@Utilitywaremal still waiting in a call more than 2 week later on a dispute on pricing since you took over TalkTalk, absolutely abysmal service, overpriced & clearly don’t care about customers, was with aol/talktalk for 24 years with rarely an issue!
-
tunavomit (@tunavomit1) reported@TalkTalk why doesn't your website ever load, I'm just trying to change my broadband to you and it's been months now, it makes me think you're bad at this maybe I shouldn't be trying.
-
JU51LNS (@JU51LNS) reported@TalkTalk It’s extortion. Bad practise by a big company. Let’s hope you lose thousands of customers as a result.
-
Shadow D'Wolf 🐺 (@ShadowDWolf) reported@TalkTalk keeps dropping out. It's been happening for about a month now. Aren't they supposed to refund when service is not good? Not on the fastest just on the basic with the new fibreoptik lines in around here 🐺💔
-
Tigol (@bigoltiddies) reported@JU51LNS @TalkTalk It was never YOUR email, it belonged to TalkTalk and they simply rented it to you as a perk of being subscribed to their service. You've cancelled or are cancelling so they're no longer giving you a free email and instead asking you to pay. BT does/did the same. As did/does Sky. Virginmedia just straight delete the email address after 90 days. You're making a deal out of nothing. Pay the fiver a month and use the time to port out valuable emails by forwarding them to your other email then when you're confident you've got it all transferred, cancel the payment.
-
Paul (@PaulUtd16) reportedHi @TalkTalk is there a reason why you sent an engineer round to fix a problem at my elderly parents just to leave them without internet or phone line for the bank holiday weekend?
