The e-mail problem affecting me began at 10.00 on Friday. It finally appeared on the TalkTalk service site 45 min ago.

We do not have Talk talk services because for some reason you could not provide them at our address. We have See The Light who did provide them. You are crooks. Ofcom even say you are worst ISP. And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.

Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy
