Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

The e-mail problem affecting me began at 10.00 on Friday. It finally appeared on the TalkTalk service site 45 min ago.

I rang up but the guy didn't really understand me and kept repeating irrelevant stuff then told me a technician would look at something and email. No idea what happened and wifi is still awful.

This problem was first reported by affected dial.pipex users on the TalkTalk "Community website shortly after it started at 10.00 last Friday. I'm staggered that it has taken 50 hours for it to be made official. How will we be notified when service is restored?

I spoke to one of your call agents today, he said the best you can do, is offer £20 good will payment. Even though he admitted that it was Virgin who 'forgot' to contact TalkTalk!
