Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

We do not have Talk talk services because for some reason you could not provide them at our address. We have See The Light who did provide them. You are crooks. Ofcom even say you are worst ISP. ap Austin (@apAustin1) reportedFN brilliant you get on the mobile to TalkTalk to report a land line fault, they keep you hanging on for an hour+ and then the line drops out. Its a similar story with their online service. No wonder Britain has gon down the drain.

She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me.
