    Hey @talktalk you’ve got the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Literally all of your contact options lead to dead ends. Don’t like to dig companies out but you deserve a special mention. I’ve been trying to get hold of you in every conceivable way for 2 hours now.

    @TalkTalk wins the prize for having the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with. My vulnerable mum moved a month ago & still has no telephone or broadband service. Hours of attempting to contact this company with no progress.

    @DeeBeeFree @TalkTalk It’s an area fraught with problems. Any recommendation for someone else can be countered with horror stories about same provider My experience has been EE. been with them thru at least 3 mergers over 15+ years. Have had several hissy fits However

    @TalkTalk I have no idea how to check as a complete technophobe but it is always freezing I turn wifi off on my phone and use 4g most of the time. Also staff are useless whenever I have an issue. Moving soon will not be taking your services with me !!

    @TalkTalk Secondly I was assured multiple times over the phone call and chat that this will be resolved and don’t worry about the balance on my account. The guy over the phone said I can cancel direct debit. COME ON GUYs be professional. CITY FIBRE should cancel contract with talk talk

    @TalkTalk I reported my parents landline not working this morning. They are in their 90s and my dad has dementia. They also have telecare service incase they have a fall which we need landline for. Was told 4 October for it to be looked at. Is this a joke talk talk?

    @TalkTalk I’ve raised a complaint about all the issues and delays and someone finally calls me 2 days later from the complaints team that I can barely understand, and keeps repeating they will be closing the complaint! Shocking shocking service.

    @TalkTalk I’ve spoken to the order management team, the complaints team and so many others! I’ve had to cancel as I need Internet in my home to work and you kept delaying fitting my Internet and now I’ve found out there was never an order processed so I’ve waited all this time for nothing

    @TalkTalk having awful trouble with my wifi keeps dropping out on my tv sound goes out on Netflix have to come out and reconnect to network! Happens everyday really annoying when I’m halfway through a movie 😡
