    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk tried multiple ways to cancel our service . Get through to your sales department in seconds, but in order to cancel service seems impossible? Now the phoneline is dead (but lines still within working hours) and live chat doesn’t work?

    @TalkTalk Just had a call however it turns out I have no wifi till 15th due to you guys and the lack of communication/contact, promised call backs. Entire issue could have been avoided. How am I supposed to complete my work? Communication lacks so badly from you guys 👎🏻😕

    @TalkTalk I’ve been on hold for over 2 hours to cancel my broadband... this is the 3rd time I’ve tried to contact you. I started as caller number 50 however, as I got to caller number 7 suddenly I started going back up to caller number 12 then 13 then back down to 8..disgusting!

    @TalkTalk Still waiting to cancel! My contract ended on 2nd March but apparently need 30 days notice for an engineer to disconnect, they then offered 7 days but now they can’t do it and I need to wait for a call back! Absolute shambles of a company! Don’t use them!
