@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@TalkTalk Awful company, you provide a rubbish service, don't collect your equipment when contract cancelled and then send debt collectors, 4 years after the fact, to an OAP, disgusting !

@lizzie_cleary @TalkTalk Nope, I’ve had to change provider to force the cancellation. I had broadband with talktalk and on their systems it never showed as going live so couldn’t even log on my online account or anything

@TalkTalk Can't get through to your Future fibre team. I should be going live next Monday, but recieved texts stating there's a problem. I can't find out what the problem is, so will be forced to look elsewhere for a broadband provider.

@TalkTalk absolutely atrocious service from you guys! I signed up online as a new broadband customer 3 WEEKS AGO to connect when I moved in and I’m told “there was an error”. I WFH so this “error” is costing me every day it’s not sorted!
