@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk The worst company ever,after 1 months of no internet after I placed the order,I need to cancel my order as they was keep pushing me every time I’ve called them to wait another 24/48hrs. DO NOT JOIN TalkTalk ever ❌I had very bad experience 👎👎❌

@TalkTalk I had my line upgraded to fibre last week and then discovered I have been left without a working phone or TV. Have now found out if I want TV I have to pay for a package. Extremely poor service.

On the phone to @TalkTalk for 1 hour so far to cancel a contract for a place I moved out of in November. Yes, I cancelled before moving and was passed to 5 clueless people before being told it was cancelled. I’m now being threatened for missed payments. Shocking service. AVOID.
