@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Honest to god I have been with TalkTalk since 2007 and I’ve never had a worse experience as I have today!! I haven’t had internet for six weeks and yet you land a £41 bill on me.....Today I spent 2 hrs 30 mins on the phone to you and nothing!!!!!

@Mankedupmage BT is the best, they're lines provide the network for most other isp in the UK like sky ee talktalk vodafone etc the only one I know that doesn't use bt infrastructure is Virgin which are also good but becarful apparently virgin customer service is ****
