    @TalkTalk trying to contact talk talk about upgrade..no online ordering, phone number doesn't work and no contact numbers....not impressed. How can an internet provider not have online ordering/help? 😖

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    All the credits and bills are generated therefore if a customer is eligible it will automatically be added on their account after 30 days. @talktalk’s pathetic excuse and they’re clearly trying to fob me off!

    @TalkTalk the worst customer service with @TalkTalk. No Broadband for 12 days. 2 visits from talktalk engineers and 1 from openreach all agree that you have switched my fibre service in error. 9 hours on calls to every dept who keep passing me around as no one wants to help. What now!!
