    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Whats there to look at? I already said what i had to say. Your another increase and overall charge for this bad service is no longer going to happen. I am cancelling service with you as simple as that. Not going to pay £40 per month for this total crap you are providing!

    @TalkTalk Well I tried to change provider and sent an email and had a live chat yet they just almost doubled my monthly charge and never replied, it was a few months back and lost my wife in that period. I want a response.
