@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@talktalk are useless. My father is moving home and they were unable to close his TalkTalk account because of the unrest in South Africa. Yet I live in the UK. All other utilities just took minutes to close… What a way to run a company, obviously going down the pan

@TalkTalk Just been told by talk talk customer service someone called angel,if you have a faulty broadband connection due to open reach fitting your broadband plug incorrectly you are liable for the £65 charge for them to fix their mistake
