    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk 5 days ago I was connected to fibre65 and not had any i/net since . If your engineer cant fix it on Tues I think I will be looking elsewhere for a service provider

    @TalkTalk Your reply said to contact the order management team, who I think I’ve mentioned, have been talking a quite consistent stream of shite since Friday. You can’t treat people like this. I will contact the ombudsman about my treatment, if I ever get internet access again that is!

    I'm appalled that my aged parents have lost their phone line and internet for the second time in 4 days and all that @TalkTalk will do is book an engineer for 8th April (unmoveable apparently on their text message) and they have their 2nd COVID jab that day. Poor service indeed😡

    @TalkTalk Last 6 weeks or so internet drops off a number of times a day. Been a customer since it was worldonline, then Tiscali and now TalkTalk. New customers getting better deals and latest routers. No loyalty to existing customers. With price increases it time for a change.

    @TalkTalk broadband is seriously ****. I've had poor service for weeks and today it's completely gone. Can't log into my account despite using the same details as I did to report the poor service the other day. Fair to say I'll be looking for another broadband provider.

    @TalkTalk No thanks, you will just waste my time like the other 3 people have by DM. Just because a basic external line test doesn't show a fault during the brief few minutes its run doesn't mean there isn't a problem

    @TalkTalk Already sent multiple DMs, where I was asked my name 3 times, 3 line checks done, followed by staff telling me a £5000 PC isn't powerful enough to run multiple programs and that "that the reason your Internet may FEEL slow". All staff do is read a list of questions ....
