    @JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @TalkTalk trying to contact talk talk about upgrade..no online ordering, phone number doesn't work and no contact numbers....not impressed. How can an internet provider not have online ordering/help? 😖

    @TalkTalk It ought to be a fixed price for two years, in business we don't pass your problems on to customers. Oh and that TV package I pay extra for is utter garbage, I used I 3 times then stored the equipment.

    @Katesnose @TalkTalk I've beenctrying to get out my contract for ages! I've had multiple engineers come in and now I have to wait until the 23rd March to hopefully be able to cancel. Konda feels like a hostage situation 😪

    @TalkTalk your wifi service is a ******* joke. I literally get disconnected 3 times a ******* hour and have to expect it, and you constantly give us a third of the wifi speed you promise us. The speed only increased when we tell you the speed is lower than what it should be 🤔

    @TalkTalk I sorted the issue - many thanks. But it was nothing to do with the scripted unhelpful support I received from Customer Service. But we are up and working again.

    @TalkTalk your broadband is a disgrace here in Glasgow Cutting off every 5 mins with orange light flashing on the box Had engineer out couple weeks ago to fix your 1mb speed now constantly cutting off 😡😡
