@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@TalkTalk was going to renew my contract but can't remove talk talk tv at £4 which i never use as the box has never been set up? would rather just cancel and find new provider if can't be removed and also find cheaper overall per month

@TalkTalk I have an intermittent fault with my broadband, the router loses connection to the Internet several times a day. Your support agents say there is no fault and waste time trying to fix WiFi which is working fine. How can I get some real support with this issue?
