@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@missjuliegrace1 @DeborahMeaden It isn’t exactly easy getting in touch with Talktalk - I renewed my contract and the call service disappeared. It can now be switched on and off by the account holder. Mine had been switched off, though I certainly hadn’t done that. Hope you get it sorted 🤞

@TalkTalk I'm so annoyed that u think "Sorry for the inconvenience" is sufficient when leaving people without either internet or a phone line! How can you advertise "Easy switch" and then say "oh well you're without internet for 3 weeks because there was an *error*" 🤬 WTF?

@Johnagall @HelgatheFurious @VodafoneUK I spoke to my upstairs neighbour earlier and he's had no issues with TalkTalk recently so it does seem to be a Vodafone thing 🤷 some acknowledgement would be nice even if there's no solution for now
