@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

Awful service from @TalkTalk no broadband since Weds no sign of it coming back anytime soon. Have lodged a complaint (a few). They’ve gone way over their 72 hour timescale they put on and decided to re-start the timeframe again from yesterday. Work should be fun if this continues

So annoyed with @TalkTalk. Having recently resolved an issue with the line and paying for superfast broadband but only getting equivalent of standard, i now continue to get an ipc67 fault when trying to watch skysports channels.

Shocking Billing from @talktalk charged £9.95 x 9 times for router delivery a total of £89.55 overcharge as router delivery was charged last month on previous bill. Customer services on phone for over an hour and still waiting for bill to be corrected to £35

@TalkTalk I got the new router and it works. Took a week of being told the issue was outside, @OpenreachHelp had fixed it on a Sunday and multiple tests ran to be told it's the router. You'd have thought if you knew the issue wasn't outside the router could have been sent last Saturday
