@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk trying to contact talk talk about upgrade..no online ordering, phone number doesn't work and no contact numbers....not impressed. How can an internet provider not have online ordering/help? 😖

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@OpenreachHelp I just wanted your staff to know what the situation was.. I’ll bet your supervisors prefer to know in advance what vague job orders actually mean and likely how long they’ll take? Open-ended ‘attend ADSL fault’ tickets must be vexing? They result from @TalkTalk support chatbots.

Was considering @OriginBroadband as part of my 'ditch @talktalk' but their sales rep refused to answer a simple question about which wholesale provider they use. @zeninternet maybe then? At least I'll know they use BTW at my exchange and the customer service should be solid

@TalkTalk I ignored the “we are closed” and tried online support chat.. So much effort in to faking this being a human staff chatting.. delays whilst the “agent is writing” .. Insulting to a human customer? You bet. It was just a chatbot after all.
