@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk well slow Internet speed well below contract. According to the regulator and a tweet from TT the countdown to free termination started two days ago. No action so far but I bet they will try to take me round in circles again....sorry please DM us, what a joke

I don’t know if there is a worse internet provider than @TalkTalk horrendous service that blinks out for no reason all the time. Having to link my phone to carry on working from home

Brilliant service from @talktalk and @BT_Openreach. Fault on line reported to TalkTalk yesterday (line dead) and they arranged for BT Openreach to come within 72 hours. Patrick from Openreach arrived within 24 hours and fixed the problem. #Veryhappycustomer #greatcustomerservice

@PennyKiley @TalkTalk I've been unable to fulfill my work commitments all day. @TalkTalk services went on the blink around 1.30 AM and are not back yet. This is the second time in one week that connectivity would stop completely. Its such terrible service. What is going on????
