My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

I gotta just say @TalkTalk customer service were so helpful and kind when we noticed a problem with my mum’s phone line : she’s a falls risk now and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ok!

It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me £75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !

Mark Fitchett (@MarkFitDT) reported@TalkTalk My Elderly Dad's landline isnt working - no dialing tone. Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now. Can you help pls.
