My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

They didn’t need to come in to change it to not working so I can’t see why they won’t revert it back. Think I might change my internet supplier now after being a loyal customer for so long!

Matt Cliffe (@g12im92) reported@TalkTalk very disappointed. Went for the fibre 65 package. Waited 2 weeks for engineer to come. Internet extremely slow (in kbs) after installing which is apparently enough to go Live. Turns out, fault at the exchange. Have to wait another few days for it to HOPEFULLY work.
