@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

The worst #customerservice I've ever experienced @TalkTalk It's outrageous! Three calls of 30+minutes each (£50+) to cancell my subscription + 30 days notice (£35) + mail back the modem (£30more) = £100+ inclusive three hours of my time

@TalkTalk Is there issues going on in East Yorkshire with internet? I keep getting disconnected consistently. It's quite annoying as I use the net daily for quite a few things. Specifically the Bridlington area.

@TalkTalk We renewed our contract to fibre 35 last month and selected the offer for a free Amazon Gift then got the email several days later to select an item. It then said we will receive a code to redeem the product but we still haven't and are wondering if you could help.

Absolutely shambolic service from @TalkTalk. New broadband customer - everything set up on Tuesday then mysteriously cancelled the following day. Nobody in customer service has a clue how to resolve. So here we are, without broadband, but presumably still being charged.
