@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@talktalk Got put through to an advisor called Elisa. She was giving out excuses. @FourQ asked to speak to her manager to escalate the complaint. He was given the standard line "They're all in a meeting". She kept muting the call. @

@TalkTalk Terrible customer service. Order confirmed by email for Fibre 500 to go live on 21st March. 2 very long online chats and a phone call over the last week, where everyone told me it will be sorted within 2-3 days, to be told the order hasn't been processed. It's a Joke 😠
