My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

He's totally cut off and alone but you wont escalate the problem because he is not registered as vulnerable. He can't register as vulnerable as needs to be done ONLINE. I repeat he's 89!

William Bruce Faint (@wible1) reported@TalkTalk It is now at least 4 days that I cannot make or receive phone calls despite the fact my broadband works. Being elderly and with health problems I have a Careline BUT that only works if the phone does.
