@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@ylime11119 @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel mine the for the last week! They make it impossible, do not recommend talktalk at all. Customer service is horrendous, and still haven’t been able to cancel my contract 😠

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I have been without Broadband for the past 3 days. My account was disconnected without my consent and I have now been advised that I would need to terminate my contract and create a new contract to gain service again. This is totally unacceptable!!

@TalkTalk Makes no difference, engineer apparently fixed it, it's actually a lot worse than before, the homepage chat they never respond when the bot runs out of options, never answer the phone...list is endless. Already contacted Ofgem, worse than Vodafone and that's a job in itself
