    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    To all @TalkTalk users. Make sure u take a screenshot and voice record every communication you have with them. Otherwise you will never be able to prove that there was an issue and you are eligible for a refund. They will say that you have never contacted them before

    @TalkTalk Any idea why I have a letter from a debt collection agency, addressed to my late husband, when I was advised in the Summer his account had been amended and closed? Appalling, distressing and unforgivably poor service. Do. Better.

    @TalkTalk Still cant get my cancellation sorted after another 2 hours on the phone! Have a university module to be in the end of this month and need internet!! Seems like your trying to punish me for cancelling. It's my right to cancel if I want. Why should I have to wait

    @TalkTalk I am well.the solution is left your service & i shouldnt get a bill.I rang 3 times and went online to upgrade after i had Fibre installed.kept getting tossed from person to person i even said many times "i want to stay with you" then kept being on hold. maybe see you in 3 years?
