    @TalkTalk trying to contact talk talk about upgrade..no online ordering, phone number doesn't work and no contact numbers....not impressed. How can an internet provider not have online ordering/help? 😖

    Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

    @TalkTalk You've charged me £50 to send out an engineer 4 a crackly phone line. He said the problem needs seeing to by an external engineer. U then sent me second engineer he said he's still an internal engineer. I then called again, ur rep promised an external engineer today - no one came

    @TalkTalk can I request a callback please. 3 times I’ve wasted money calling you guys, 3 times it was said to me ‘it should be working now’ and 3 times it’s not. I upgraded to this service and now been without internet for 3 weeks!!! Unbelievable

    @TalkTalk I have been trying to use the chat function to get a new deal as at and of contract. 3 chats over 2 hours . They keep leaving at agreement stage. Hopeless system and service. Avoid TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Helpful chap in your call centre confirmed there is an issue going on in Weaverham area. Would be helpful if you could provide updates please. Appreciate it’s a new service just launched with @FreedomFibre, will be some glitches, just be good to know when it should be fixed!

    Internet went down today, so I've been running back & forth between my home edit suite and a family member's house to send files (they're not with TalkTalk). I've made the trip three times already. On the plus side, its probably the most exercise an editor's ever had!
