@JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk trying to contact talk talk about upgrade..no online ordering, phone number doesn't work and no contact numbers....not impressed. How can an internet provider not have online ordering/help? 😖

@TalkTalk My account says everything is fine and have 16 Mbps. Not true! Talktalk speedcheck says I have 2.4 Mbps download. Your fault finding is for idiots only and a complete waste of time. Chat does not work. How do I report this issue?

@nickwilsdon @TalkTalk There's general provision of telephone+net, then there are companies selling "lines" and "voip" etc. I don't understand why the first group (Virgin, BT etc.) separate business and home. I've never understood how the 2nd group ever existed?
