That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

Nothing has been updated and it has been logged so many times. I tried phoning & they just pass you to the website. What is going on? Abysmal service!

A vulnerable 90 yr old living alone , 100 miles away from only son. Totally unacceptable in modern tech age. Tech support, cust complaints, welfare , not 1 person can sort 😡😡
