@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

Seems @TalkTalk don’t do anything about complaints I’ve been told my complaint was being looked into then today they once again threaten me with a £50 charge for not returning their equipment. They can have it back if they collect it I’m not going anywhere with it

@TalkTalk Is there a fault in the NG8 area of Nottingham?? Your customer service is shocking, my mum has been without Internet on and off for days! When she rings nobody listens to her properly! Her landline is also playing up, which is interfering with her Emergency Alarm system!

@PoliceMutual The same cannot be said for @TalkTalk - totally hopeless. But also a 10/10 for @SkyHelpTeam who did what TalkTalk failed to do - provide service. Will never recommend. Back of the class guys and maybe teach your staff to be more helpful and less argumentative....

@TalkTalk - My parents were booked in to have a TalkTalk installation but they never showed up. They telephoned and they said an engineer was on his way and would be another ten minutes. One hour later they still hadn't turned up. Not a good way to get new customers!
