@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@TalkTalk my Grandma has spent a distressing 2 HOURS trying to get a billing fault sorted after you WRONGLY charged her for a missed call out. She was stressed and upset failing to get it sorted on your website chat bar. She is 87 - Is there an easier solution?

@TalkTalk Hi Gerard, yes we do have a big problem (which we've emailed & phoned about numerous times over the years) & in fact were just discussing over lunch, to ditch TalkTalk TV as we're so fed up with it occurring. We have an intermittent problem with service dropping out inexplicably.
