    @TalkTalk trying to contact talk talk about upgrade..no online ordering, phone number doesn't work and no contact numbers....not impressed. How can an internet provider not have online ordering/help? 😖

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Help! My internet is down, now told it will be fixed in 2/3 days!! I am disabled, my life is online. My music, tv, medication, shopping! Come on!

    Hi @TalkTalk, there was a dodgy log-on attempt to my Facebook account from a Chrome browser on Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) located in Epsom UK with IP 2.100.94.200 which is one of yours. Is there anything you can do to stop illegal activity over your network?

    Do TALKTALK Cus service keep records,? Think about it? Do they give you a case number so when you communicate with them again they can come up to speed, no? WELL PERHAPS THAT'S why you have to stat again on every call. Waste of my time and they have not met contract for 21 days

    @hempresskc @TalkTalk Virgin Media are pretty much the same, I swear my router drops connection at least 10 times a day yet whenever I complain they never do anything about it

    @TalkTalk Had no internet for 2 days now. The problem is at the exchange and you know it but say that an openreach engineer isn't available. As per @Ofcom website if we the issue is not resolved withing 2 days you owe us £8 for everyday we go without internet. Better cough up now

    @TalkTalk is by far the worst service provider company I have ever had dealings with. The so called “guaranteed” broadband speeds are almost never close and we have even had as low as 4mb/s on a 500mb line. Trying to contact them has been impossible.
