@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@TalkTalk All done Andy, but took 4 phone calls. My mum gets easily confused by this sort of thing but I usually don't, but I found the customer service weirdly elusive and vague and the amount and service plan changed every time. I wanted numbers, not a negotiation. Please pass that on.

@TalkTalk SCAM THEY WILL.NOT CANCEL MY ACCOUNT I HAVE CALLED THEM AND THEY JUST PLAY A GAME AND PRETEND TO CANCEL AND DONT. THEY ESCALATE IT AND NOTHING HAPPENS ..I HAVE BEEN SPEAKING TO THEM FOR 2 MONTHS.

Dear @TalkTalk , what sort of joke of a company are you? Broadband not working. Online diagnostics unavailable. Eventually get through to customer services only to be told to ring back in a few hours as they can’t use their systems.

@TalkTalk @LollyBwalya Same here it's like a scam They send you round all the different departments and lie saying they are asking someone and leave you for 20 minutes then after an hour of being on the phone they cut you off. This has happened to me at least 10 times. They are the worst.
