    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Help! My internet is down, now told it will be fixed in 2/3 days!! I am disabled, my life is online. My music, tv, medication, shopping! Come on!

    @TalkTalk trying to contact talk talk about upgrade..no online ordering, phone number doesn't work and no contact numbers....not impressed. How can an internet provider not have online ordering/help? 😖

    @TalkTalk hi there just came back from holiday, switched fibre router back on to find I have no internet. No changes to set up and no service/network issues came out in the checks. I have attempted to reset the router with no success. Orange light permanently on. Help?

    Can't believe we have yet another fault with @TalkTalk broadband service. especially after signing up again.(still didn't receive the echo dot offer on signing) Engineer from @OpenreachHelp is due to track fault from exchange back with an update to follow in 24-72 working hrs.

    @Lady_Colleen @TalkTalk That's awful. I was with them when they were Tiscali and it took years for us to get them to take up migration. I was one of the first to migrate away from them. Disgusting lot.
