@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk ..Your disgusting telecom company and stealing customers money by doing same thing everytime there internet signal goes offline and still get your money and not providing the service to agreed to provide. This needs to be looked into by the uk goverment

@TalkTalk the netflix debate continues. My fibre65 + netflix package went live yesterday. I'm paying you for both. Yet when I try to activate netflix I have to give them my card details and pay them too. So how do I now cancel my netflix add on? I refuse to be taken for a ride

@TalkTalk Our internet connection is switched off every night, without a fail, at 12! After a few searches online, it is clear that this is happening to many other @TalkTalk customers. Your telephone customer service is awful and I’m not getting anywhere. This needs sorting out!

@TalkTalk Our internet connection is switched off every night, without a fail, at 12! After few search online, it is clear that this is happening 2many other @TalkTalk customers, in fact, I’ve found post fr ppl complaining about regular broadband restrictions as far back as 2021.

@TalkTalk Hi, your customer service is terrible I have been on the phone to TalkTalk and was supposed to be transferred for someone to say to me refresh the call. I told them I was the customer and then I explained what happened and the phone went dead?!

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Again my parents are cut off from email for days. Your call centre is NO help. Your call centre can’t even help them reset password. After an hour’s call said they would send a reset email and haven’t. I want a direct line to someone now to help me?
