@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@TalkTalk Tried to close my account today, cancellation fees are extortionate! No flexibility or reasoning. Just expect you to pay 7 months up front to cancel.I explained my circumstances , the manager was consulted, still outcome was nothing.Raised a complaint & seeking legal advice.
