    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    Had extremely poor customer service from @TalkTalk this week. Had a installation date on the 27th. Internet was installed but had. Ot been sent a router. Told on the day it was being sent ASAP. Recalled today for an update and it still hasn't been dispatched. Kids are crying.

    @OliverLynne @TalkTalk Exactly I’m going to contact Citizens Advice to find out what my rights are. I would take responsibility for moving the plants but there is also block paving and kerb edging plus the membrane and stones that will need to be replaced/put back down.

    @TalkTalk your bereavement team are an utter disgrace. Nearly 2 months after my Dad’s death they are still giving my sister the run around as she tries to sort the account for mum. Getting it all wrong. No empathy. Horrid.

    @TalkTalk boy your're customer services team, need to learn compassion and empathy. Been looking after my father who is in hospital for the last couple of months and ypu keeping sending bill for this time, even though I asked to you terminate the service back in May #Vampire

    Just can’t wait to get onto @TalkTalk today to complain. Had to access live chat 3 times yesterday, was assured that a 20 min shut down would fix the connection. It did not. Went to call/live chat them and they were closed. No internet and **** phone signal👌

    Just to absolutely clear here @TalkTalk have been absolutely shambolic here. Customer service....I am the customer you provide the service. I will not be calling you you have all my details, this is not a query or a fault. Shambles
