    @TalkTalk I am having so much trouble to get my account closed and I have been on the phone to yourselves a number of times and I am at my wits end. My service was taken over by BT on the 10th March 22, yet you still have charged me for services I haven't used from the 11th March

    No Statements ever taken by all parties involved Police & BTGroup or TalkTalk involved for 11 years Did a conspiracy take place in Neston so I could never earn a living The 8 burnt out landline phones 6 burnt out routers + I burnt out laptop The record speaks for itself @EUtopean

    @TalkTalk My parents have been left without a working telephone line. They are vulnerable and isolated where they live. Please can you let me know who to contact by telephone to rectify this problem. Thanks

    @TalkTalk is so ******* crap. 40hrs for a download. And when you're downloading you can't watch video or browse the Internet at all. That's not mentioning the rooms in the house the Internet just doesn't work in on a good day.

    @TalkTalk can you do me a favour and sort your customer service out? You're an absolute disgrace, no wonder people give you the worst feedback you can imagine. My fiancé has been trying to sort the Internet out for over a week now, and you've done nothing but lie to her 🤬

    @TalkTalk I know #UtilityWarehouse use your Internet service. Are your experiencing problems today? I've had no Internet at home all day. I've been out but son been in and it was off sometime after 10am today. Its still not on now tried restarting router and nothing.

    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    11 years misery & suffering with 2 BTBusiness Lines +a 7 month delay when I switched to @TalkTalk +3 brand new routers + 3 different engineers These facts will never be publicised we are living at Employees Behest & #SecretSocieties Who see us like robots for their amusement

    My allegations have been covered up by everybody in authority BTGroup TalkTalk @PoliceEport @RoyalMail Yet I was still ruined through no fault of my own #Masonry using its influence to bring me down & give my business to John now James of #Neston in exile in #USA @ElSenala

    I am in dispute with #Freemasonry able to place me out of business using methods never used before on these shores in promoting their member in highjacking my businesses without any proper inquiry into my allegations by BTGroup or @TalkTalk or @Ofcom or by local Police @ElSenala

    @LoverSeani Thanks for confirming. The planned maintenance on our systems would not have impacted non-TalkTalk customers. If you're having problems with your service, you'd have to reach out to your service provider. Jo

    @LoverSeani The planned maintenance you're referring to on our Service Status Dashboard, was for our websites such as My Account. Non-TalkTalk customers have no access to these. Jo

    @TalkTalk fuming with them. Was on hold for 2 hours, when I get through to someone, they put me on hold to look at a closed account, said a few minutes but was on hold for 45 minutes, agent hung up. Poor poor service. Trying to bill me for something that not there

    @TalkTalk I would be ashamed if I worked for you. Your customer service is absolutely horrendous. @MartinSLewis. Moved house and no internet access for over a month after reassuring me you would. Breach of contract comes to mind. #donotuse #CustomerService #internet

    @BMox81 @Sea_Troot Ahh I had countless issues with Sky. They were throttling my Openreach line, I tried to move to TalkTalk and they didn't have enough ports. We had at least 2 broadband outages a week since November 2020. It's been awful here.
