@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

@TalkTalk Hi my 72yo dad has been having issues in so19 for the last week. Internet light on router is lit up RED. No way of reporting this as you cut him off. Leaving a vulnerable pensioner who has been shielding at home & relies on internet for food shops is not good enough! #TalkTalk

@TalkTalk broadband went down again today. 40 min on the phone later and it was working. It has now failed again and your office is closed. Is there anyone I can speak to as this is getting beyond a joke
