@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

@TalkTalk I’ve also had no internet since Saturday evening which seems highly likely caused by the so-called ‘maintenance’ over the weekend. Over 3 days later and still no internet and the only support I’ve had so far has been to ask me to turn my router off and on again!
