    As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

    @TyWarncken @TalkTalk @YodelOnline YODEL won’t help. They couldn’t care less. Any company that uses them also doesn’t care. I’d suggest cancelling and go with someone else who doesn’t use YODEL.

    @talktalk @TalkTalkBizCare @MoneyTelegraph part 2. The work he done faulted my broadband and stopped working (talk talk have charged me £40 for this visit which made my issue worse) another 3 engineer visits later from openreach issue is still ongoing and actually worse

    @TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

    Great service by @TalkTalk for a new customer. Loyal customer to @BTCare for years but got too expensive. Talk talk took over service and forget to send our router and now expect me and my wife to work from home under the stairs via LAN for another 3 days. Embarrassing!
