We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.   @housecatkai @virginmedia i have mixed opinions on them, like they've provided the fastest internet speeds i've had out of other ISPs we've been with (sky, BT and talktalk) but our services always go down at least once a month and it's infuritating 😭😭
