Mike Carter (@ComedyCarter) reported from Liverpool, England@TalkTalk is so ******* crap. 40hrs for a download. And when you're downloading you can't watch video or browse the Internet at all. That's not mentioning the rooms in the house the Internet just doesn't work in on a good day.

Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

I've had no Internet at home all day. I've been out but son been in and it was off sometime after 10am today. Its still not on now tried restarting router and nothing.
