@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@MartinSLewis My friend is currently on her 3rd attempt to cancel her @TalkTalk contract but they keep (seemingly deliberately) creating reasons as to not cancel her contract. While I understand why they want to retain business, what can she do to just cancel?

i URGE every soul to never go talktalk ever. if you are moving somewhere that has talktalk, find somewhere else or ask your landlord if you can change. its unironically ******* atrocious i can barely even get ******* work done at a reasonable pace let alone ANYTHING ELSE

@VodafoneUK I have been in constant touch with customer service and am now having to go through the motions so I can get to the end of the next 30 days and return to Talktalk. Shame your router is the worst we have ever used
