The joy of being proved right by @TalkTalk engineer. Like I said, the router is dead. Just a shame that your engineers are not provided with replacement routers to enable them to resolve issues. So..a question. How long does it take to send out a replacement?

Can safely say that @TalkTalk customer support is shockingly bad. Three hours of trying to explain a dozen times that I am unable to switch on my bloody router. It is not turning on, that's the whole point. It's dead. Why can't you understand this

@TalkTalk your support is shocking. I have told the person I am chatting with via DM that my router will not turn on or respond 10 times. Each time I get asked can I plug it in and turn it on. How many more times do I need to repeat myself? Absolute joke

@TalkTalk tried to turn on my broadband router today and it is not even turning on. How can I contact customer service to report a faulty router and request a replacement? I have tried all the fixes on your website and I cannot see a way to get help.

@CruisingTheCut TalkTalk have come up cheapest for us every renewal for the last six years. Good service too, when we've had line issues it's always been fixed within 24 hours.

@TalkTalk 3 days just to have a case manager call me back to explore complex issues on my crap service since connection in May 2022… even for the limited 9-11MBPS as supposed guaranteed level. 2 engineer visits where one informed me the cables from home to exchange need repair

@TalkTalk I have a two month free trail with my new contract. I am most dissatisfied with the poor connection. Regular buffering. So I have decided to end the contract early.

@TalkTalk So despite @openreach telling me there’s likely a card fault in the local green cabinet @TalkTalk send me an internal circet engineer to check my WiFi. Nothing he can do as the fault lies in the cabinet. A complete waste of everyone’s time. Still running <1Mbs upload and no fix.

@TalkTalk I've been told twice this week we've been "escalated" - I've today made my intention to cancel services from 04-08-25, our out of contract date via telephone and chatbot - both of whom said AGAIN we've been escalated - it really should not be this hard - It's why we're leaving

@TalkTalk @talktalk after 4 weeks of messaging, 58 community ineractions, 3 complaints managers, 3 escalations, 3 formal complaints including to your CEO, broken promises, missed deadlines and now breach of contract. I'm not sure TalkTalk deserve to have any email customers
