@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

Hi @TalkTalk is there an issue with broadband in HP20? My internet has gone down for 2-3 mins at roughly 5-10 minute intervals for the last hour and a half. Extremely annoying when I’m trying to work online 😒

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

Ok @TalkTalk . I had no broadband connection at all for 25 days. I wasted a lot of my time on chat and phone talking to your useless customer service, spent £50 on my mobile data, paid nearly £30 for your rubbish broadband that I couldn't use.

@TalkTalk After no internet, broadband or tv for 2weeks in October and glitches before then, I was told my bill would be automatically adjusted. Nov saw no adjustment, so I thought it would show in Dec. It doesn’t. I am less than happy with this service. #badservice

@TalkTalk my broadband service has stopped again, which is twice in a week. How can the public work from home when your service is so flakey? Your text says wait 2-3 working days which is unacceptable.
