    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    So 76 year old isolating parents only have access to family via internet cant upgrade their poor package - bought them a portal and it’s connection is poor due to @TalkTalk lack of service and care.

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @TalkTalk help please, a frustrating online chat experience. I keep receiving a message saying that kid safe has blocked access to various sites, but on checking my account, kidsafe is not enabled.

    @raecbw @TalkTalk Yeah, they installed 'fast fibre' at ours last year and we've had an unstable connection ever since. Trouble is, we're a bit isolated, and there's no other broadband provider in the area. They've got us over a barrel. Used to be with Virgin, no problems there.

    @TalkTalk I have contacted you guys since March last year. Since March I have been losing service and still not 1 day of compensation even tho I pay every month for a service I was not receiving..and u changed my direct debit from 25 to 36 without informing me,so didn't agree,bad practices

    @TalkTalk the other day I got a message requiring me to retune my tv. Since then only access to a v narrow range of channels. I managed to watch a channel 4 programme via the app, now I can’t access the app. I’m v busy I just want to be able to watch some television. Fix this.
