@TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

Never join @TalkTalk under any circumstances. Pay bill by direct debit, talk talk say it hasn’t been paid (it has, we have proof) They tell us to call out bank at 5pm on a Saturday night. Very unprofessional and I’ll be leaving next month. Avoid this company #talktalk
