    @TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the ยฃ60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so Iโ€™ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told thereโ€™s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

    @TalkTalk Youโ€™re customer service centre is sodding awful! Trying to get my 84 year old Nanโ€™s phone fixed. She is without a phone because of you. Can I have a UK based phone number to make an official complaint!

    Hi @TalkTalk is there an issue with broadband in HP20? My internet has gone down for 2-3 mins at roughly 5-10 minute intervals for the last hour and a half. Extremely annoying when Iโ€™m trying to work online ๐Ÿ˜’

    Hi @TalkTalk. Could you please have a look at issues with network in Amersham area. The WiFi has been terrible since today morning and your online portal does not show any issues with the line. Talktalk dashboard isn't even loading right now and I am getting the speed of 5 Mbps

    @TalkTalk I have to say trying to contact you being that Iโ€™m a new customer is SHOCKING. How are you to want new customers when we canโ€™t even contact you. Something wrong with an order but no information. Shocking and disgusted.

    @currys you are currently giving the 100% worst customer service i've experienced since leaving TalkTalk 10 years ago. You should be ashamed. My elderly and vulnerable grandfathers fridge freezer delivery has not shown up as planned yesterday. No customer support at all.

    @jomickane @Benleo Iโ€™ve had little problems with TalkTalk, and when there was got sorted. Been with them since about 2009. My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. Iโ€™m hoping my luck carries on, but you never know ๐Ÿคž

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM, tried phoning & been referred to the website and hung on waiting for an agent for 45 mins last night. Iโ€™m afraid the service is so poor Iโ€™m cancelling today
