@TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the £60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

Hi @TalkTalk is there an issue with broadband in HP20? My internet has gone down for 2-3 mins at roughly 5-10 minute intervals for the last hour and a half. Extremely annoying when I’m trying to work online 😒

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@TalkTalk @talktalk your service is absolutely terrible! We have not had internet service for almost 7 days!! You sent us a faulty router. When the engineer came over to fix the problem, he found the issue was with the power supply. You sent us a new power supply- it’s still not working!

@TalkTalk never ever try to get your 95 year old dad's landline fixed, took 2 hours of being redirected to 5 different Indians I gave up. Was told my dads name, address, bill amount, phone no, account no, didn't match their records even sent a screenshot of the bill
