    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @TalkTalk you are an disgrace I called today to complain my inlaws phone line has been down for three days, 3 days ago you promised to transfer their calls to their Mobile,today you promised the same and still it has not happened these are shielding and you have failed them again

    Hi @TalkTalk is there an issue with broadband in HP20? My internet has gone down for 2-3 mins at roughly 5-10 minute intervals for the last hour and a half. Extremely annoying when I’m trying to work online 😒

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @TalkTalk I have been trying to contact your company for the past 3 weeks to cancel an order. I have rang 6 times, been passed from department to department and still no one can help me. I am beyond frustrated and the communication within your company is astonishing.

    DO NOT BOOK Broadband through @CityFibre or @TalkTalk wherever you do!! Worst service ever - Customer service departments unhelpful. Impossible to speak to someone that can help. Can’t even cancel it !!!!

    @angelalaw1999 @TalkTalk That doesn’t surprise me at all. Good idea with webchat, then keep the transcript as evidence. I’ve spent days on the phone to them, all day once, then told “I can’t help you”. I’ve had to double my data as I have no wi-fi at all today. Nobody has come online to enquire or help.

    The reason for leaving @TalkTalk was the customer service is poor, so poor they are able to confirm cancellation by email but miraculously have no record of the cancellation request. Funny that, and no why should I call your retention team to discuss your error.

    @TalkTalk Oh really? Considering it’s a future fibre order and you point blank refuse to help here and always direct me to ring up. I requested written confirmation that said order was cancelled, guy said he had sent it however i haven’t received it! Shambles
