@TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

@nicperrins Typical TalkTalk. Continually tried to blame me for a failure elsewhere - to avoid getting Openreach involved, as it would cost talktalk. Openreach guy also said he would put in his notes that my router was a few years old, likely to fail, should be replaced. Nothing from TT.

@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted with the service. Waited weeks for them to fix internet at my new home with their delays and now to find out there’s now been an error on their part and order wasn’t even processed! I had to cancel and now they won’t waive their cancellation fee!!

Sorry rant coming..totally appalled by the service from @TalkTalk 1 month without a phone line and the engineer has failed to show again. Disgusting customer service for a small business that is just trying to get work done! Case 09335588 if anyone cares to look into this.😡
