    @TalkTalk This isn't good enough! Having an excuse in small print is not a defense against misleading advertising or mis-selling services. I note, also, that you are intending to increase the charge for this service in January by £2 a month as well as hiking your already exorbitant rates.

    I'm posting my problems with TalkTalk to emphasise my point that the railway social media teams are ahead of not just other transport modes but other industries. The e-mail problem affecting me began at 10.00 on Friday. It finally appeared on the TalkTalk service site 45 min ago.

    @talkSPORT2 @talkSPORT I wouldnt know . The game hasn't started yet in my house due to the fact I have the terrible broadband service that is @TalkTalk . Absolute shambles when footy is on . Do not sign up for these if you are considering a new supplier. Total disgrace.

    @TalkTalk Becky. This problem was first reported by affected dial.pipex users on the TalkTalk "Community website shortly after it started at 10.00 last Friday. I'm staggered that it has taken 50 hours for it to be made official. How will we be notified when service is restored?

    @TalkTalk So due to your crap bband , todays B. Monchengladbach v B Leverkusen game will take place over two days in this house, like Dortmund v Schalke last week. Service is shocking when footy is on. Please get this sorted.

    @TalkTalk A phone call to say I am looking after you and we are going to do a hard reset. Switch off for 30 minutes and I will call you back. Two hours later. Nothing. Just like the internet. Honestly terrible customer services. Dreadful.

    @TalkTalk Hello. Yet again my internet is down. The engineer turned up this morning to look at the slow speeds and now it does not work at all. Services said you won’t get an update until Monday. So my housemate who works for the NHS will have to go back into work this weekend.

    @TalkTalk can’t believe engineer ‘declined the call’ so didn’t turn up & I wasn’t told. Internet problems for over a week & now waiting 3 days for new router 😞 no WiFi, no TV and heating can’t be adjusted. Just as we’re all working from home 😡 #lockdown #badcustomerservice

    @LundJodie @TalkTalk There you go. Cant talk to anyone . Went on the chat with 3 different operators yesterday. They basically blamed me, even though their own speed test said that I was not getting what I'm paying for! Wrong choice of provider . 1 month in they have let me down dramatically!

    Dear Christ, @TalkTalk. What a **** show joining you as a customer has been. Engineers not showing. Not moving main service. GUARANTEEING a minimum speed of 100mbs, when I’m actually getting 3mbs!! Live chat doesn’t work. Wife has been on a call to you for almost two hours! ARGH!

    @TalkTalk Yes, the inability of my e-mail account to receive messages since the so-called "upgrade" at 10.00 on Friday. I have a pipex.dial account. Can you tell me when I will be able to retrieve my e-mail? And why have customers not been contacted about this prolonged outage?

    @TalkTalk New customer here. No engineer turned up for the appointment, service went off yesterday and now nothing works. Faster 150 Fibre. Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

    @AceMas21 @TalkTalk Have you got a red internet light? I turned my router off completely. All plugs out. For 10 minutes. Then replugged and rebooted. Got it going. It won't hurt if it doesn't work.

    @tudsworthington It's just a matter of having good internet which is easier to say than do. Like I have not had an issue on Mario Kart 8 since leaving Sky in 2014 or 2015 and even that was fine on **** TalkTalk

    Off to read me book and try to sleep. Tomorrow is a new day and I hope @TalkTalk can update me on when I can expect to have broadband back. 1 week without it so far and no one has even attempted to fix the cabinet at the bottom of the road. It’s costing me loads for data! Night x

    @TalkTalk Why? Honestly, please. In my experience, it's a dozen messages until you believe I'm a customer, a dozen more before you believe there's a problem. We all just wanted to know what was going on. Please handle wide area service issues in the open. It saves everyone a lot of time.
