Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

@TalkTalk My connection and signal have been dropping for weeks. I was assured that if after 30 days of inconsistentency and the technical team could not resolve the issue, I could leave and go to another provider without a fee. I have now been issued with a £132 contract breech fee.
