Amy (@StefScope) reported@tescomobile Why was I told a refund would be processed yet now I’ve received an email stating it won’t. You can not take payment for a service, cut off that service and keep the money for it. Absolutely furious at the lack of customer service and ineptness of your ‘care’ team.

Have tried every way to get assistance (in store & customer service) but are constantly stopped by ridiculous security measures that need a functioning phone. Help!!
