Rachel Kendall (@RachelKendall16) reported from Risca, Wales@tescomobile Hi, can you tell me if Tesco intends to support Apple Watches any time soon on a cellular level. If not why? Mike Evans (@MikeEvstog) reported@tescomobile I tied that it just tells you to use the app, which my mother's phone does not support
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@AlexGodofsky @tescomobile I really am open to things having errors; that's life. But the fact that they seem to treat an order being completed without the user going through with it as stochastic is… bad

Rufus🏴🇬🇧 (@RobertJudd4) reported@tescomobile Strange in this GPS accurate tech with mobiles that Tesco cannot differentiate between Greece and Albania, arrived in Corfu Greece to be told that Tesco that Greece is a home destination and you are covered for use on your mobile, several days later, another message, welcome to Albania, I have not moved my location, I have never been to Albania, get back to find I have some charges as phone says I was in Albania, Corfu is close to Albania, about 5 miles, the solution according to Tesco is to turn off roaming data, put your data allowance to zero. Seems pointless to have Tesco as that is why I changed because no charges in EU. To be fair to Tesco they gave me a credit but this must be a common problem with Corfu.

Sian (@SianElin_PT73) reported@tescomobile @financialombuds Why should I pay £40 a month for no service?! Totally unacceptable! And like I said, it’s been over 2 months now! Tesco said, there’s no issues, well there is! I have enough evidence on phone to prove it!
-
Damian (@LetchworthOwl) reported@tescomobile Do you have any plans to improve coverage links in France?....every time I struggle to get a signal and when I do it continues to drop out between 2/3 different networks
-
Sian (@SianElin_PT73) reported@tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable
-
Dave (@DjPre) reported@tescomobile is your web system and uncaring customer care line really set up to prevent formal complaints from being raised. Concerns regarding fraud, GDPR and account security being fobbed off with 'fill in an online form', isn't acceptable
-
Gracie🐦 (@mydogisafreak) reported@AidanDude @tescomobile Hi Aidan, I'm ready to scream now. My sim card isn't working in either phone now. I'm in chat with Somebody at Tesco. I hope I can get some help
-
Fizen (@fizenapp) reported@RobertJudd4 @tescomobile Border cells drift is common near coasts, a local eSIM with a fixed network avoids the surprise charges entirely. Glad Tesco credited you.
-
chatterbox (@chatkins1) reported@fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth This is becoming a pattern of being ignored, despite my repeated attempts to resolve both my complaint and my Subject Access Request. Customers shouldn’t have to keep chasing for responses. Could someone please take ownership of this and provide the response I was promised?
