@tescomobile further to my earlier tweet have looked at getting new phone but will have to pay huge fee! I just need a reliable phone, and can’t be without phone whilst my other one is looked at. Feeling very frustrated, please help

Terrible customer services from @tescomobile manager refused to speak to me. My 79 year old mother sold a smart phone that she cannot even switch on-tied to a 3 year contract costing £568!!! @tescomobile I expected better than this from a big company
