@tescomobile despite 3 long phone calls with you my Mum’s phone still doesn’t work. You were changing it from a pay monthly to pay as you go but the contract has been cancelled but she can’t make calls. 3 people have said it’s been done and we still have a problem. Please help.

For the last 4 years, I've been on £8pm unlimited calls/texts. Started with 8GB, now 15GB. Even the £6.50 had unlimited calls texts & 4GB! Call your network!

@tescomobile I've been with Tesco Mobile for years and very happy with the service and customer care but I will never shop at Tesco's supermarket as I believe they don't reward you as such with clubcard they punish you, cost wise for not having one.
