Yesterday It was confirmed by your staff member at Streatham store on the O2 webpage there were interruptions of service and no service in areas. Your CS man kept insisting it was an issue with my phone which was not true as C Advisor in Tesco checked my phone. He also checked the O2 coverage which confirmed outages where I'd been but your CS man PHIL insisted that wasn't true. Insulted me and the store Advisor

CS in effect called me a liar!!

The issue is no coverage in every area I was in and no warning. O2 customers were sent texts about this.Tesco advisor in Streatham looked st coverage issues. Your CS implied he was a liar!
