Some of them have no clue 4 phones I have on my account the wee ones 2 have been unable to use data cause tesco say they automatically block all sim cards and you

Its all in my chat with customer service most of whom had no idea what they were talking about so much so one even sent out new sim cards. 18 months I paid for data that could not be used properly over 300 pounds stolen by tesco

@seymourjames3 @tescomobile Thanks, Jim. Utterly useless shower of charlatans. Happy to take the money but no regard for customers. I've documented everything. If not resolved soon I'll be bypassing Tesco altogether and taking my issue to the relevant ombudsman. So many folk having similar issues. So poor.
