Another phone was used to check and it beeped the first time then number not recognised the second time.. Are you having issues with signals or connections??

The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.

Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.
