@tescomobile I can’t believe the incompetence of your staff on the phone. After 14 hours of trying to get this issue resolved I’ve finally took the bold step and cancelled my phone contract! Such a simple request and you’ve made me feel like I’m asking for the world! Disgraceful

@andrewgerson4 @tescomobile I've had a problem with @tescomobile too,was having serious issues with 4 accounts so cancelled and was assured no early termination fees, then my new bill arrived I was expecting a "final bill" with a nominal figure only to find they've charged me early termination fees, 😡

Went through 5 online web chats with @tescomobile, got kicked out of 4 of them without a resolution then the 5th told me I had to phone customer care
