    @tescomobile @ThreeUK hi, my calls will not connect to a Three Mobile number. Can you please tell me if there is any issues with each of your networks please. The calls do not ring and say Call Failed. However, I can get calls from the Three number.

    Screw @tescomobile I Topped up my Pay as you go Phone a week ago, it says I have no Funds for some reason so my bundle didn't carry on, I tried topping up and everytime a error, then when I ring it automatically goes to a DUMB AI saying "Sorry can't help you with this"

    @legalstyleblog @tescomobile Baffled - especially by their insistence you be especially polite to them. I get the impression from the excerpt elsewhere that they withhold good faith service from those who openly complain, but I also would assume that you'd have been stuck in AI hell if you hadn't complained

    Emailed Tesco Mobile CEO Jonathan Taylor. 1 month now trying to resolve "can't verify my details" with no resolution.Upgraded 1 line fine in Feb, but wife's free out-of-contract line hit with "unable to verify details". Already in useless DMs. @TescoMobile @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman

    @tescomobile Helped my old man upgrade this phone other day. Noticed he’s been getting billed for another number that ended December 2019 and all your team do is quote T&Cs at him basically passing the book. Nearly £700+ down the drain for a service he weren’t using or aware of.
