Having issues with trying to alter Parental restrictions on @tescomobile. Website has just said the same "cannot update subscription due to an error" now for nearly three weeks. Is there going to be a fix please?

@tescomobile The problem is when you look at comparison sites TESCO mobile is not the cheapest for the consumer and often far more expensive. SMARTY, LEBRARA and dare I mention it ASDA MOBILE are far much cheaper to the pocket than Tesco. So who is taking the pischatio?

@tescomobile Just left Tesco after a year of frustration and gone back to O2. Sick of (pistachio) poor customer service and lack of product knowledge. And O2 still have free roaming

@MrJPC123 @EE Not really, we don't know what or how much the price will increase by, if other providers like @tescomobile can fix their prices then you can too. And your prices have never been fair, your the most expensive network compared to all others. So please stop this stuff.

@tescomobile Chose Tesco Mobile to reduce expenses & a better deal. Biggest mistake ever! 2 low cost, short term contracts, 1 budget handset on a family a/c, paying by DD - credit footprint from Excellent to Fair!!! Formal complaint made 23/01 STILL no reply. Not acceptable 😡😡
