    @Wiglanta1971 @EE @tescomobile I went to Tesco's, and I can get the Samsung s22 with unlimited everything for £35 a month. Atm, I'm on EE with the s21 and 100gb data with the price increase. it's £50 a month. Sucks I still have a year to go in contract.

    @clairefweir @tescomobile @Tesco Good afternoon, I am hoping you can help. My mum has been in contact with Tesco mobile, trying to resolve an issue since November 2022. She has been told to ‘shut up’ repeatedly on the phone by a Tesco mobile employee. Please can you contact me.

    Gotta say the phone signal and 4G signal for @tescomobile in Wigan is shocking, you can hardly get a final anywhere in the town centre. Once my contract is up I’ll be changing over I think because it’s not just there I’ve had this problem.

    @tescomobile I’m having terrible issues at the moment with your network which have been ongoing for almost 7 months now, I’ve been calling up and had the phone cut off on me multiple times😡 however you are still happy to charge me £50 per month

    @tescomobile just spent 10 mins on the phone and getting know where with customer services. How on earth do you get someone who listens and understands what you are explaining ?

    I’ve never dealt with a more incompetent and useless customer service than the @tescomobile service. I’ve had half a dozen issues in the last 3 weeks and none have been resolved. Had to get 2 new SIM cards and even changed my number to resolve network issues #useless #tescomobile

    Thanks @tescomobile @tesco I have wasted hours of my time changing my phone number on multiple platforms because you failed to provide me with a PAC code for over a month. Pure incompetence, and lack of customer care
