    @tescomobile Seems ok now, my wife and I both had notifications that our provider had turned off Sim 1 ? Wife was on a call and phone cut off. Tried calling each other but couldn’t and also couldn’t call landline. Problem is now resolved thankfully.

    @tescomobile Hi I am aware of the 14 day period unfortunately I was unable to deal with the issues during this time, when I tried to explain this was not met with any assistance at all. I have had a new Sim this had not helped I was originally told that the phone would be replaced if the Sim

    @tescomobile I asked for a 2 year contract to then find out last year that the worker on the agreement spreaded it out for over 3 years something I didnt ask for and now I'm stuck in 3 year contract I won't be upgrading my contract I will be getting out of Tesco as staff attitude is terrible

    @tescomobile your sales staff should clarify that when someone asks them for sims for trackers then - i bought two sims this morning and not only explained what they were for but SHOWED THEM the trackers. To then let me walk away knowing that i'll be unable to login to "my account" is silly
