Jaz 🌸 (JLSter ❤💚💛💙) (@JazzyDanielsUK) reported from Hatfield, England@tescomobile I got a text to say I owe £785.38 as I apparently didn't return a product back! I changed my mind on a phone that I bought in store in November and they did everything in store, so why am I being charged? Customer service didn't help at all over the phone! 🙄
-
Leon Smith🇬🇧🇪🇺❄️ (@leon_dave_smith) reported from Broxbourne District, England@tescomobile I am being charged £59 for 20gb a month and for a almost two year old phone, where I can buy iPhone direct from Apple and get a sim only deal for unlimited calls, texts and data for less than you are charging a valued customer, I don’t understand your pricing

sanguine_kodiak (@sanguine_kodiak) reported@SBarrettBar @Baronbigbucks @tescomobile I suspect you've already tried but for what it's worth its PAC followed by your birth date eg PAC DDMMYY to 65075. Sometimes authentication fails which needs tech support if the web portal doesn't allow PAC requests.
-
Bobby Bucks (@b0bbybux) reported@biggle1908 @SBarrettBar @tescomobile Indian “customer service” centres in the case of Virgin Media, utter and complete shambles.
-
Philip Ian Butler (@moodleprof) reported@tescomobile I paid £5 as suggested by one of your customer service advisers, but when I tried to login it said no balance so I was advised to top up another £10?
-
Jeremy Lindsell (@JeremyLindsell) reported@tescomobile Website now updated. Failure of app to add data remains an issue. It also failed last time I had tried a few months ago. I had to call your help desk to sort it on that occasion.
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedRemarkably, @tescomobile have also found a brilliant loophole in contract law where they decided my response to my complaint of not being able to open an account was to, without asking if I wanted to (I don't), tell me I'd been signed to a plan. After yesterday I rather specifically never wanted to complete my order, but the idea of two parties coming to a meeting of the minds is apparently optional for Tesco Mobile.
-
susan beddoe (@BeddoeSusan) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile I'm with tesco mobile and have been for years, i have never needed a pac code, surely though they can't keep it from you, don't you need it to switch companies.
-
Oracle (@biggle1908) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile Some of these companies have appalling customer service.
-
Les Twigg (@LesTwigg) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile I had a similar problem with Three. Sent a message to the text number and replied wanting my date of birth, which I had never given them. After days of hassle, someone rang from head office "just put any date in as we don't have yours on file"! Never as simple as they claim.

Lin Holden #AskForADoctor #JoinAUnionForWomen (@linholden) reported@BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile Good heavens. That's really bad.I always buy Google as my son used to work for them for 10 years.
