@tescomobile I am being charged £59 for 20gb a month and for a almost two year old phone, where I can buy iPhone direct from Apple and get a sim only deal for unlimited calls, texts and data for less than you are charging a valued customer, I don’t understand your pricing

@tescomobile That's really poor when you're pushed into a "deal" that isn't a deal. So effectively I end up going elsewhere because Tesco are inflexible. Yet you do sell Sim only after the phone is paid for. It's ridiculous.

@tescomobile No idea how your customer service is the worst leaving me with out a service for over a week telling me just take sim out clean it put it back in after messing up porting my number over had to leave networks to get a service that worked

@tescomobile serious complaint regarding my 89yr old seriously ill grandfather being threatened with debt collectors over £7.50 after being assured 2/52 ago that this matter had been resolved! Now have panicking 89 and 82 yr olds worried about debt collectors. Unacceptable!
