I changed my mind on a phone that I bought in store in November and they did everything in store, so why am I being charged? Customer service didn't help at all over the phone! 🙄

They have a service called Resolver which I used to reclaim money from Experian for charges for their credit checking service because I could have got the same for free. You never know.
