  @tescomobile I got a text to say I owe £785.38 as I apparently didn't return a product back! I changed my mind on a phone that I bought in store in November and they did everything in store, so why am I being charged? Customer service didn't help at all over the phone! 🙄

  @tescomobile I am being charged £59 for 20gb a month and for a almost two year old phone, where I can buy iPhone direct from Apple and get a sim only deal for unlimited calls, texts and data for less than you are charging a valued customer, I don’t understand your pricing

Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. I am losing clients and money every single day because of this mismanagement.   @tescomobile Ordered new sim as mine was faulty. Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. There’s no post til Monday now. Surely this can’t be right?

  @silveryk @tescomobile 100% - total garbage coverage - planning restrictions on mast heights is the main issue - not an issue anywhere else. Better reception across Kenya a few weeks ago than rural Hampshire.

  @AbsolutelyVexed @tescomobile Ai gets it wrong. Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.
