@tescomobile Callum this is not ok, it’s gone on for long enough. I’m not buying your fault free service any longer, terminate my contract and you can come and collect the device as I am not paying £29.96.

@tescomobile I am being charged £59 for 20gb a month and for a almost two year old phone, where I can buy iPhone direct from Apple and get a sim only deal for unlimited calls, texts and data for less than you are charging a valued customer, I don’t understand your pricing

@tescomobile Find it odd that you slate the big networks whilst relying on O2 for your mobile service. But agree their price rises this year are outrageous

@tescomobile So have tesco as use one of the big boys network

@tescomobile Ok great :) also one for the technical team. For some reason you can’t checkout a new contract if you have Firefox Facebook Containers enabled. Website kept giving errors about not having a valid address until disabling it.

@tescomobile No but that’s because O2 have invested in the network. If they hadn’t I’d be on 2G…

@Wandsworth3 @EE @tescomobile The trouble is, EE will still raise their prices by RPI or CPI and claw their money back that way. I am happily tied in.

@tescomobile This is a shame. I work in an area with no signal at all. Was on O2 and used WiFi calling to jump onto company WiFi. Just moved to Tesco mobile. I now cannot do this. 😔 thanks for the quick reply though. 👍

I've a contract with @tescomobile that includes payment for the phone and a separate monthly rolling agreement for Usage. As their current plans for usage are better on sim-only I asked to cancel monthly rolling and go on 24m SIM only for usage.

@tescomobile @Burnside_5 @JahaanTweets Which network do you piggy back off? Do you give the full network bands? Is your coverage as good as others? What are your average speeds? All these decide who to go with, you get what you pay for.

Luton Eye
(@LutonEye) reported
@Wandsworth3 I have just binned @EE for the same reason. @tescomobile literally half the price and promise not to raise it for the life of the contract. These rapacious providers get you to sign up for a minimum term, then gleefully hike their fees every year without fail.
