  should be able to end the contract & not be fixed in these rediciculous long contracts customers cannot budget if @tescomobile can provide good pricing & customer care then the major network suppliers need to be less greedy I am with Vodafone but will not renew under these terms

  @samsung Z Flip3 is by far the worst phone ive ever owned. The battery is absolutely shocking. Charging it 3/4 times a day. Can't wait to get out this contract with @tescomobile 😵‍💫😒

  @tescomobile The girl I spoke to was totally useless, she was asking such stupid questions, I asked to be transfd to someone with some technical knowledge, she refused. I gave up in the end my 84 year old mum went back to the shop all she had to do was turn it off and on again
