Got a 'bundle' now that I have to remember to top up or lose the bundle. Had to pay a charge to top up too. So I'm paying even tho I made no calls last month!

Then was told it could be my sim. I received a new sim and this has still not solved the problem. I’ve did a mobile network reset

Despite multiple calls, my refund wasn't processed & £1236 was deducted from my account, damaging my credit score. You refunded via X after I complained,
