@tescomobile Well I did actually ask the question yesterday afternoon and it seems from reading other comments that I wasn't the only one with the same issues so clearly a problem!!! Hardly fair to run a competition that isn't possible to enter if you have only one social media platform

@tescomobile The switch should be complete by 6pm tonight I appear to be able to make voice calls but txt & data is not working my concern is if I wait until six pm tonight you will be closed and can't help me until tomorrow and I need my phone
