Need 72 hours before I can get handset. but I need new handset cos this one is broken. Nope we will give you PAC code and you can get 1 elsewhere. So much for 10 years loyalty!

And I had to port my number out to Three to get my number to work. Now I'm able to receive and send calls and texts and use my data with Three with no issues whatsoever 🤔
