    @tescomobile needs to better support the Google Messages app. I quite like using the Google Assistant to send texts and it always comes back saying failed

    Shocking service at Tesco mobile. Obtained advice from web chat on transferring a number. Call to Cust Services gave different advice. Different advice again on a further call and the agent laughed saying you can’t rely on web chat. Shambolic @tescomobile

    @tescomobile I have not had a signal for 3 days now. I’ve been told that there is maintenance work being done on a local mast, but even when I move 30 mins away from home then I still don’t have a signal. What is happening??

    @tescomobile such poor customer service Tesco Mobile! I contacted you last Thursday due to severe O2 network outage and was told the mast was faulty in my area (BS15). Nearly a week on snd still not repaired, even worse, no communication from you! So disappointed!!

    @tescomobile That's the issue, monqi don't seem to respond however you try to contact them. Presumably tesco mobile might be a little more interested in suggesting moving the sim to a new handset if that's an option?

    @tescomobile Today's issue is down to the accounts updating tonight I think (contract). Both kids used all their data on holiday & are out today without any. I can't add extra via the website. Adding data bundles via the app always shows a 'technical issue'.

    @tescomobile Anyone else in horsford having problems with BT letting calls through and any time anyone tries to call us it comes up as INTERNATIONAL 012345678901234567 have spoken to a neighbour and they have the same issue does Anyone else have that issue it also comes up with that number..

    I love @tescomobile but shocking service from them today I wanted to change my sim only deal so I got told it was a free upgrade but its only free upgrade if you are getting a new mobile not sim swal I have to pay £27 upgrade early shocking put me right going with them again
