    My dad is currently in hospital and we aren't allowed to see him so have to video call instead but his data run out. My nan phoned his network provider @tescomobile and they gave him more data for free ๐Ÿ™ so so nice ๐Ÿ’› #EveryLittleHelps

    @tescomobile No real apology,saying there was coverage in the areas I was in etcetc. If you can't get coverage in Tescos,how bad is that.I wanted to make calls but zero coverage.Have the decency to inform customers whn iou know there will no cover. CS in effect called me a liar!!

    @tescomobile Streatham, St James Park, Westminster, Bermondsey. Yesterday It was confirmed by your staff member at Streatham store on the O2 webpage there were interruptions of service and no service in areas. My complaint is your CS person Phil denying this and implying T Advisor was lying

    @tescomobile Read the tweets I've sent. NO issues with my phone or sim. Your staff checked my phone. The issue is no coverage in every area I was in and no warning. O2 customers were sent texts about this.Tesco advisor in Streatham looked st coverage issues. Your CS implied he was a liar!

    @tescomobile Yes, they say my only options are the same as when I first got my tracking info - leave with neighbour, change to another weekday, or pay for weekend delivery. First option failed miserably, and the second two don't help.

    spent an annoying hour trying to upgrade my handset with @tescomobile. hadnโ€™t updated my new address. Need 72 hours before I can get handset. but I need new handset cos this one is broken. Nope we will give you PAC code and you can get 1 elsewhere. So much for 10 years loyalty!

    @tescomobile Multiple. Your CS man kept insisting it was an issue with my phone which was not true as C Advisor in Tesco checked my phone. He also checked the O2 coverage which confirmed outages where I'd been but your CS man PHIL insisted that wasn't true. Insulted me and the store Advisor

    @tescomobile just seen ad for network that allows you to use maps when youโ€™ve used up your data. How about allowing Find My Phone to stay active when you run out of data so parents can keep an eye on their children?

    @tescomobile This is nonsense! Even the pubs offer their landlines for use as there is never a signal. Next time i go i will screenshot your status checker when i leave home and then screenshot my phone when i am in southwick & it will prove that your status checker and reality are different.

    @eir I just had my โ‚ฌ1 bill increase and read about the proposed yearly increases. The service and general practices of eir are awful and charging more for that is delusional. I've just ordered a @tescomobile plan and am looking forward to cancelling my eir account in a few days.

    @tescomobile @EE No mobile phone signal in the village of Southwick, Hampshire (PO17) inside or out. Clearly a 'not spot' as is my golf club, just round the corner. Ridiculous, in this day and age. When will this be sorted? It wasn't an outage, just no signal EVER!
