He also checked the O2 coverage which confirmed outages where I'd been but your CS man PHIL insisted that wasn't true. Insulted me and the store Advisor

CS in effect called me a liar!!

It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so it’s not that they couldn’t touch the phone, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone!And she doesn’t know HOW to set it up!

The issue is no coverage in every area I was in and no warning. O2 customers were sent texts about this.Tesco advisor in Streatham looked st coverage issues. Your CS implied he was a liar!

He said dealing Vodafone customer service was just as bad as being robbed and assaulted. Advice to anyone in the UK, @tescomobile are brillant.

Becky (@Elmodfz) reported@tescomobile @O2 There is something wrong with the 4G in my area, it's quite localised but on both Tesco and O2 contracts everything that uses data is loading very slowly, or not at all. Been like it all day! I live opposite phone masts so one is having an issue.
