You can not take payment for a service, cut off that service and keep the money for it. Absolutely furious at the lack of customer service and ineptness of your ‘care’ team.

Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.

The shop was useless, customer service was barely understandable Indian/English. I give up. Whatever remedial action is taken it will cost me a lot more. @tescomobile
