    @tescomobile Yes, they say my only options are the same as when I first got my tracking info - leave with neighbour, change to another weekday, or pay for weekend delivery. First option failed miserably, and the second two don't help.

    @silveryk @tescomobile 100% - total garbage coverage - planning restrictions on mast heights is the main issue - not an issue anywhere else. Better reception across Kenya a few weeks ago than rural Hampshire.

    @tescomobile @1pennysweet My dadโ€™s having the same trouble apparently the phone mast is down and itโ€™s only affecting him as he has an old SIM card but they are refusing to send him a new one

    @iona11011 @tescomobile Their problem, not yours. Your contract is with the retailer, not the courier. Under S29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at the traders risk until they come into your possession.

    @tescomobile my partner has โ€œusedโ€ all her monthly data in a week. Itโ€™s highly unlikely this could be correct as her data never runs out. She bought an add on as customer services were beyond poor. The data add is not working. She would tweet butโ€ฆ NO DATA. Can you please help?
