  Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

  @SpencerKingham @Barclays Ive been locked out of my @TSB app for months, they wont help me, keeps saying my fingerprint and memorable info is wrong.

  @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).

  @TSB @JJBmufc Lesley , when you try and log in there’s a message telling people you are aware app is down, you’d think they would have let you know !

  @TSB Why do you make it almost impossible to inform you of a death? All I want to do is freeze the accounts and provide you with a death certificate. Your online form is not fit for purpose. Your telephone support tells you to fill in the form. I need probate to do anything else.

  Why is trying to get in touch with a bank almost impossible? Phone directs to online banking for answer then cuts out. @TSB make it simple I need to cancel an appointment

  . @TSB will send debt collectors about an amount I supposedly owe TSB yet @TSB can’t give me access to my savings account which has more than the amount I owe, to repay them! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! How about you use that money and settle the debt and we all move on with life

  @TSB is there a problem with logging into accounts? I keep getting error messages on the app and online that won’t let me login.
