Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

@TSB_News @TSB Any eta on when you expect us to be able to access the app? Pretty frustrating that you have to come on Twitter to find out what's happening, surely a text could have been sent to customers? Not that it goes down every month, communication is as bad as the app 👀

@TSB I've literally not gona longer than 3 months without an issue with the Tsb app or the service in a really long time. Last time I almost switched bank. I know its not twitter teams fault but ******* I'm sick of this. Hope you can provide meaningful update soon and GL with the day

@TSB TSB has closed down all but two branches in our region and say that online banking is better. Better for who? Better for profits, shareholders and executive’s salaries. Pay day today- bills to pay and can’t login - shameful.
