@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@TSB You’re giving the same stock responses to all the customers in your feed that are experiencing the same issue. It looks like this has been going on for days and it’s still unresolved. You’ll have customers leaving in droves; no one needs the added stress in the current climate.
