@TSB Yes, just under 1 hour though. Surely with internet banking which is ultra secure we should have been able to confirm the transaction was genuine? This level of service is very poor, and when we asked to raise a concern, we told we'd be transferred and have to hold again! Crazy.

@TSB the worst bank- no branches within 45 minutes of where I live (LONDON)- their online banking is a total joke. Max transfer of 10k - international banking is down. No shame

@SwailesRuth @TSB @peter_swailes I think that’s pretty excellent customer service. Do we write to Watchdog and tell them someone actually understands?
