    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB whole day trying to set up a ltd business account with yourselves, morning filling in form online, unsuccessful, went to local branch to try to get help not interested, no customer service whatsoever, rang helpline told to fill in form again, happened again #help

    @TSB @DrGrumpy Do you have information you can share on this campaign? Where I do not doubt your good intention, I would like to see the framing of this and how inclusive it is. I would hesitate to signpost a male victim to you, if you failed to support them.

    @TSB I’m already a customer and all of the information TSB seems to provide is false, confusing or just plain frustrating. I can’t see how something this simple requires so much effort.

    @TSB_News @TSB @CommissionerDA According to ONS (government) statistics, 1/3 of Domestic Abuse victims are men, but there is next to no support and awareness for male victims. Will your support and campaign be inclusive and highlight male victims too?
