@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

@TSB second day of no online banking services, this is a complete fiasco, and the complete lack of Custer service makes it even worse. I am not being penalised for late payments because of your failures. Account will be closed by the end of the week!!!!

@tsb So, online banking STILL down, over 24 hours now, and a new low with customer service going from, not being bothered about their customer, and not even offering an apology, to 100% ignoring the customer, through one of the communication methods people are told to use!!!!
