    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    What a performance signing in anywhere these days. For @BBCiPlayer, email + pw used to do, now it’s code onscreen, go to computer to sign in, back to TV, several more tickboxes…as bad as @TSB which is username, password, code by text, pw again if make payment…all so exhausting

    @TSB online banking is playing up again. Been trying to make a payment and move some money between accounts for a few days now. "We're sorry, but we're experiencing some technical difficulties with this service" Far too often that this thing doesn't work 😡

    @TSB Really angry that even after a round trip of 840 miles to meet with my Mums branch manager that #TSB won't process or honour any transactions for my 86 year old Mum! So much stress anxiety and loss to us when we are simply trying to help her. All we get is PROTOCOL.
