    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB I haven’t been able to login to my account all night which is bad enough BUT it says it’ll be back up and working 6am today and it’s NOT!! 😡 Your service status says internet banking is working BUT SHOCK HORROR IT ISN’T!!! How am I meant to get access to my money?!!!

    I am so sick of @TSB I e been trying to book flights for 2 days but each time I have to keep authenticating the payment on the app. Go back on the flight website. When I do that I lose all my details. Fed up of TSB doing this a the time! Help 😤

    @TSB Calling from abroad, was put on hold by a colleague for 10 minutes (after waiting 11 for the call to be answered) and then hung up on. Not good service.

    @TSB I can't access my account. I type my username, password, and the digits from my memorable info. This is clearly correct, as it then asks me for an OTP. I type that correctly and it tells me I have entered something incorrect and threatens to lock me out

    What is the point of "Strong Customer Authentication" @TSB if 40+ minutes later and the code has still not arrived. It doesn't matter which phone network or on-line site I am on, its the same which implies that the fault lies with #TSB yet again #letdown #Unreliable
