When you do get a human, no notification they’ve messaged so they close the chat down! And tell you to start again!

Phil Billingham (@PhilBillingham) reported@dhh The problem is that it’s just not true Like a lot of invented ‘Health and Safety’ rules, GDPR is a new way of saying “I don’t want to help you” Once had @TSB refuse to disclose a picture of a fraudster “because of GDPR” Suspect it was inside job, so GDPR used to hide identity
-
Ginger Tucci (@Ginger_Tucci) reported@TSB It’s the same issues as everyone else that’s told you - yet your team seem to want to pretend not to know about? Ace customer service there team.

Helen May (@Nito_Onna_Helen) reported@TSB @TSB I have sent several emails regarding this. I do not need to send you a DM so you can remove a complaint from public scrutiny. All in my network should be aware of this situation as @TSB are clearly not set up for or trained appropriately to support business banking.

Oli Ashman (@OliAshman) reportedIt "kicked off" a little bit in the local @TSB bank this morning. A lady was complaining loudly about not being able to pay money in at the counter after being directed to use the machine, the guy at the machine was getting frustrated with it and ended up punching it! The queue were complaining amongst themselves about how the bank only had one window open. I kept quiet because I knew people wouldn't accept why it is like this in most UK businesses. People cost too much to employ, successive governments has made this more and more expensive so businesses have no choice but to cut staff. Most of the UK's current problems is down to staff and pension costs. The only way to improve this is: 1. Reverse the employers NI rise 2. Raise the age employers have to auto enrol and contribute to pensions for staff 3. Link minimum wage increases to inflation, capped at 5% and collared at 2.5% If the 3 measures above were enacted the UK would feel like it is improving as time marches on and in 10 years time the situation would feel a lot better.
