Just wasted 6 min going through automated messages to find out your app timings are wrong. Phoning from abroad, wasted money. Please update.

Bert (@bert_jaya) reported@TSB just had a payment blocked and now can’t log-in to online banking. Was on hold for 25 minutes, was told that someone has tried to empty my account, call cut out and they didn’t bother ringing back. Now on hold again! Horrendous customer service.
