    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB I’m trying to pay for my online @AsdaServiceTeam grocery shop and it won’t authorise my payment and saying it’s an invalid card but it’s the same card I use every time. Is there an issue your end?

    @TSB What is the point, it’s the same as every month and it never gets sorted. I know it isn’t your fault and TSB should not only be looking after their customers better but also those of you that have to deal with angry customers by addressing the issue.

    @TSB this payment approval option you have is absolutely ridiculous. It doesn’t work with most vendors, by the time I go to approve payment, it’s already failed on the vendor’s site. It’s shocking.
