    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @TSB 32 minutes waiting for the second attempt to sort this and still no one is picking up. Not great customer service really is it?

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB your app is down again . This is so poor when I need access to my own money and still awaiting a bank card due to internet fraud charges on my account , which someone was supposed to get back to to me about but hasn’t … Time to change banks I think..

    @TSB Another day and another complaint. I've been trying to log in to my online banking all afternoon and it still isn't working. Repeat transactions due to a IT error, declining transactions for no reason and now this, probably the worst bank
