@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

Hi @TSB just had a conversation with someone at your fraud department who tried to convince me that TSB sends fraud alerts from random mobile numbers - is that true? If so, why would you do that, as it seems so dodgy?! Please DM me ASAP about this issue, thank you

@cannyhilltweets @TSB That’s ruddy awful I would happily pay a little more to have an actual person help me in branch etc even @BoothsCountry in keswick have loads of self service checkouts amd there awful and your paying more for the privilege amd they don’t seem to have them anywhere else

@TSB Issues resolved. Although it took about THREE AND A HALF HOURS. By far the most complicated and worst on line banking app of ALL the banking apps. I doubt I'll be banking with TSB in 2023

@keswickbootco It's a trend we are unable to stop. My local @TSB had 8 service counters & lots of space with charming ladies for help & assistance. It now has 2 service counters & if you need someone to speak to you have to phone a call centre for an appointment two weeks away - Ghastly

@TSB Gonna have to start paying people to stay at your bank at this rate every second weekend and every pay day weekend ... what are yous up to. Like seriously many times do yous need to inconveniently shut down an app and get away with a ooopps sorry .some time sorry just don't cutit

@TSB abs disgraceful online banking system! Want to set up biometric login you have kicked me out. Using recovery/reset & you are telling me what you are sending me is wrong!! WORST APP out there!
