Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

@TSB I am sick and tired of your issues with banking online. The approve payment is continually coming up as an error. Will you be paying late payment charges? Offering fraud repayments as ‘better than other banks’ is no great benefit if you make using online banking infuriating

@TSB your payment approval system is not working - this has been an ongoing problem all day. Please advise when you expect it to be fixed. Already tried deleting and reinstalling, switching off etc.

@TSB Yes that is one issue. But it is also an issue that the payment verification can only be done via the app. Not everyone has a decent mobile. Why is it not possible to do this via a laptop?

@TSB Already been in touch with customer services said it would be sorted in 1hr. That was 3hrs ago. Not good on a bank holiday
