    @TSB We got through once, lady said she couldn’t help and hung up on us. This happens every-time we go abroad working. Absolutely had enough of never being able to get through to someone when we have problems. Will be moving banks now

    Once I have paid off the balance on my @TSB credit card, I will be sending it back never to use it again. I have a DD for £100 pm set up but wish to pay off the balance. Been trying the website for several days now "an error has occurred ". Meanwhile interest accrues 😖

So thank you for taking the time mate 👍 I work in Customer Service and know if I have two customers to look after & one isn't coming back to us, that's the one that goes last. But true.
