    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @TSB dumb it down if you will or like you have done everytime I've called you on this... But the app is down again!!! This is recurring at least 3/4 times a month. Albeit its for a few hours, but seriously? How can it still be crashing? It's the Internet banking too not just app

    @SanjivHayre @TSB their blind indifference to what is happening to us and their inability to actually help, I'm not going to lay down in the gutter and die, but is my only choice of being able to live a life, Israel? Who caused that?? Can the British hold a mirror to themselves?

    I would advise anyone thinking about changing bank to steer well clear of @tsb ... they block your card constantly and don't care one jot about you.
