Your online form is not fit for purpose. Your telephone support tells you to fill in the form. I need probate to do anything else.

Your refund department can see the transaction, its not appeared on my @TSB credit card yet and because I cant tell you how much it is you wont refund after waiting 20 minutes on a call. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! How about you use that money and settle the debt and we all move on with life
