  @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

  @TSB I've had 2 letters about a saving account I thought was closed years ago. I have no card or note of the a/c. It seems absolutely impossible to speak to someone without the a/c number.

  @TSB Why do you make it almost impossible to inform you of a death? All I want to do is freeze the accounts and provide you with a death certificate. Your online form is not fit for purpose. Your telephone support tells you to fill in the form. I need probate to do anything else.

  Why is trying to get in touch with a bank almost impossible? Phone directs to online banking for answer then cuts out. @TSB make it simple I need to cancel an appointment

  As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭
