Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

@TSB I have tried both ways. It's is getting beyond a joke. I've never known a banking app have as many issues as tsb. I have several other banking apps for credit cards and never have any issues. Just with Tsb. It needs sorting once and for all otherwise I'll be leaving

@TSB I can get on it now sorry just dose not cut it anymore its a constant let down by the bank the ap should work this is the second time in a month I have been totally inconvenienced because I have been left with no money for hours on end the last time and no way home.

@TSB Hi - It pops up with a message saying "we weren't able to do that, sorry, it looks like there was an unexpected error...." I have deleted the app and reinstalled as the troubleshooting advised but no joy as I just get the same error 😢

@TSB Yes, done all that, as above in the message. Followed all the instructions, spoke to someone by phone who confirmed TSB were aware of a problem with the app (tho doesn't look like TSB are acknowledging this on Twitter). I'm on WiFi and have tried at work on mobile data.

@TSB When you go on the app, it just sends you to the 'set-up' page, which eventually tells you that there is a problem and to start again.
