  @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

  @TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

  @TSB is TSB having problems servicing its lending debt to their credit card customers? Many customers reporting that TSB are sending customers letters threatening to suspend cards with in 30 days if they do not agree to new higher minimum payment terms despite customers 1/

  @TSB hi, as of last week we can no longer login to our business banking via the app, although none of our details etc have changed…do you have a live chat help feature? I can’t phone as the app is ON my phone, and there are no branches nearby…

  It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

  Can Someone have a word with @TSB devs and make a dark mode app icon please. It’s literally the only app that lets me down for a clean UI. Oh and add some notifications options please I’d love to see in and out goings etc.
