  @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

  @TSB Haven't been able to access TSB app today, have tried downloading it again and it has made no difference. Internet access is fine too, there is no message on login, indicating work is being done on the app?? I'm assuming the problem is at your end. ??

  @TSB why can’t anyone access their bank accounts? No communication just a note when you try to get in the app saying some people have an issue? When will it be fixed?
