  @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @TSB Purchase made on the 26/12/25. Paid on their website with my debit card. Item still hasn’t been despatched. I’ve tried contacting Zavvi through several different methods and they don’t reply.

  @TSB getting really annoyed banking with you now, I've been with you years and there's always problems. I can't access my funds again. You need to sort this out your the most unreliable bank I have ever been with. It's literally *************** now
