    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @yesmina43628521 @TSB Thanks for the advise. It is appreciated. If I can't get this fixed I will transfer everything over to my spare account elsewhere as TSB & the issues online are continuously frustrating

    @TSB Unable to access my business banking app on my phone as it's telling me it needs updated. There is no update available. Incredibly inconvenient when I need to transfer money and don't have my laptop.

    Hi @TSB , your Android business banking app is stuck in the same "you need to update" loop many others have complained about. I have latest app. I've followed the advice you've given others of downloading the other app but that doesn't recognise my ID. Please help

    @TSB This is stupid! I will have to think up another password to reset it again! Only to forget it next time you mess with the app and can't fix it. Next time get someone who knows what they are doing to mess with the app!!

    @TSB @Rebeccafurlong6 A small number? Not good enough i cannot access my account meaning I cannot pay my staff nor can I pay any bills. This is not an isolated incident this happens daily. Sort it out.
