@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@TSB It's finally sorted after 3 lengthy calls.i think you need to keep customers updated with what's happening with the problem instead of keeping quiet on social media and for customers to panic wondering were there money is.

@TSB We have been waiting ALL DAY for you to sort out a balance transfer issue from around midnight. We were told it would be dealt with by midday but that was clearly a lie so where can we send the charges for failed payment and overdrafts for your mistake?

@TSB have you resolved the issues with everyones money yet? Husband sent me money from his TSB at 12am and it's STILL not come through. He went into his local branch and they said it would be solved by midday. Surprised to see there's no articles or anything about this online.

I transferred the money once it was back in my account and this time there was no problems with @TSB it transferred straight threw to my other bank account,hope this helps you.

@thebestgaskell @TSB I think it should have resolved now Helen, I’ve had my money return to my original account and transfers are working ‘fine’ again. Think it might be time for me to give another bank a go though!

@TSB hi, i transferred £100 to another account at around 12am on 13/01/23 and it has yet to be received and there is no trace of the transfer besides my balance being £100 down. i can now not pay for other things i need to and your chat system has been no help.
