    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @TSB Tesco are giving me 10 mins to approve a payment, and the mobile app isn't working. If you're having issues, can't you at least stop the need to approve temporarily? Going to lose a whole shop

    @ATEK_Gaming @TSB I have an account with Halifax and they seem to be quite good. Can’t remember last time I had an issue with them tbh

    @MeisterPortal @TSB The telephone service is appalling . Last payday the app wasn’t working either so I asked to transfer money to someone and they sent it to the wrong person . No apology nothing .
