Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

@TSB @brendanjtate Restarting or reinstalling instructions are just part of the Standing Operating Procedures which is just protocol but doesn't actually help the people who actually need access to their money. Or the person trying to approve a payment making a purchase.

I’ve been with @TSB since I was born. My parents opened it when I was a baby to put in any money I was given. 28 years later and I’m leaving. Im sick of their non existent service, their unreliability and not being able to access my money due to technical errors.

@TSB I think you need to pass this comment to your superiors and explain that a lot of customers are complaining all of a sudden, following a script to fix it for every person isn’t the answer, it makes the bank look incompetent. It’s now 10pm and it’s still down btw
