I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

I have called your customer service department and they have logged the circumstances specific to me. This does not appear to have helped. At all.

Usually when companies don’t have in house expertise to solve problems they call in outside help. Contractors if you will. Expensive, but might be necessary. Nearly a week now
