Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Otherwise I'd expect it to be back up and working tomorrow sometime depending on how many people kept trying because we weren't given good advice. Hope it's sorted for you very soon. @EmilyWrighty96 @TSB Shocking isn’t it. Some people have had charges added on for late payment of things. It’s bothering me as someone said have they been hacked etc ? Do we need to be worried ? All the access to all the technology and we can’t fix this problem ??

@TSB I’m having problems with making an online payment. I get to the authenticate payment section and request 6 digit code however the message doesn’t arrive and comes through hours later. Is this a problem you are experiencing or is it just my issue and I need to call the bank?
