@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@TSB Already tried that. You completely set up as a new customer and it gives you the green tick to show that it's complete, then it takes you back onto the set up page and not the login page.

@TSB I have tried it with just WiFi on, and I have tried it with data on and I've tried with both on. I can log in to my account on my laptop, but the app won't complete the authentication for me to gain access to my banking on my phone.

@gruf85 @TSB I'm not sure when mine stopped working, I only noticed when I tried to check my bills had gone out okay and it told me my device couldn't be authorised. I have sent TSB a private message with my details, Internet details etc maybe you could try that?

@TSB not been able to access the app all day I've uninstalled it countless times tried on and off wifi turned my mobile data off I've tried every pathetic fix you've suggested and you say to DM you for a solution but just ignore it FIX IT I GOT THINGS TO PAY!
