    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being Iโ€™ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they havenโ€™t taken the money out. I know youโ€™ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP

    @TSB you blocked my card, then unblocked and approved transaction. Then immediately blocked my card. You rang twice just for two seconds with no caller id. Customer Service states same thing, will call within 24 hours . Very poor service. Get your act together

    @TSB Once again you advertise an outage from 11.30pm on Sat 6th Dec, but the site is already down at 10.30pm "whilst we make some changes ". Why do you repeatedly take your production systems offline way ahead of advertised outage start times? Are customers an inconvenience? ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?
