Mim (@mtlittle1) reportedSo @TSB what if there has been a vulnerable person trying to catch a bus this evening and hasn't been able to access their funds? Or someone who needs food for their children? You've left people completely cut off from their money @financialombuds

Mim (@mtlittle1) reported@TSB @maxibarthez They're taking the mick out of you. It's not intermittent and it's affecting everyone. Gather evidence as much as possible (screenshots of this and online banking fails etc) and sue the bums off them. At the very least you need to go to Financial Ombudsman Service
