  Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

  @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

  @TfL I used my bank card in error yesterday. Your refund department can see the transaction, its not appeared on my @TSB credit card yet and because I cant tell you how much it is you wont refund after waiting 20 minutes on a call. You suggested I call back - seriously?

  It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

  As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭
