@TSB I received an automated call from 0345 351 1694 asking me to press any button to continue. Sounded like a scam so I hung up. Is this a genuine number? I had a payment issue yesterday as I could not access the app to approve a payment.

@TSB I need help, im being asked to authorize a payment for a replacement phone. But the only way I can do that is through the mobile app that I can no longer access
