I spoke to the company and they say they havenโt taken the money out. I know youโve had some problems on the app.

Graham Teale (@GrahamTeale) reported@TSB you blocked my card, then unblocked and approved transaction. Then immediately blocked my card. You rang twice just for two seconds with no caller id. Customer Service states same thing, will call within 24 hours . Very poor service. Get your act together

Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?
