All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

The issue is your colleague told me on phone that you can search for the direct debit indemnity form online, using the search tool. However, it's might be available online but doesn't come up in the search tool!
