Sick & Tired of @TSB app and online banking having issues and not being able to use it. Its time to ditch this god awful amature bank n bank with a more reliable outfit. It wouldn't be so bad if they had not closed all the local branches. Absolutely sick of it!

@TSB Ever since you "upgraded" your system a couple ot years ago it has been, frankly rubbish. These problems always seem to happen around the month end too, when people are reliant on moving money around. Very poor, please resolve properly or you will lose more customers.

@financialombuds have a look at what’s going on with @TSB it’s ridiculous. They need to be held accountable for the amount of issues everyone is having with them
