All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

Can’t do it on phone or online banking either. Time to start looking at moving the acct to Barclays who’s childrens accts are accessible via mobile banking.
