@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@lauren_k_moore @TSB No worries. My partner is an ombudsman manager for the service. TSB will be liable as they should be doing security checks on things like that.
