    @TSB @PrideOfBritain I was a TSB customer. I woke up and found it was Lloyd's TSB. Staying faithful for decades. Woke up one day and found I was a Lloyd's customer. Closed my account. Rejoined tsb and when an issue arose, told to close my account. So I did. Never again.

    @TSB Beth, they are busy all the time. This isn't the first time I have witnessed it first hand. Poor poor customer service. The waiting times are not in minutes but in hours. This can't be right especially if there is a suspicion of fraud where time is of essence. Anyways not hooeful
