@virginmedia Last time I called I was told there was a cable problem and the field team would be in touch! The engineer didn’t call at my house and I had to chase... not heard from the field team and here I am chasing again!! I need my installation installed properly!!

@virginmedia @StockerAlex And yes @StockerAlex it is true, in a 2 hour phone call, you talk with several members of staff, and to each one you have to start the same conversation over and over again! @virginmedia not good! Improve customer service, and don’t lie to your clients!

@virginmedia family recently got your services and are having a sound issue which looking online is a problem that’s been around a while but I can find if you ever published a resolution - sound on V6 box cuts out intermittently for a moment in Dolby Ditial Audio programs

@virginmedia Hi - issue hasn’t resolved from reboot (didn’t appear to be an update). Also seeing very intermediate problems where programs freeze momentarily/blur (almost like on satellite when the weather gets in the way / when the hard drive was struggling to playback files)

@virginmedia FYI, received phishing email today claiming to be from Virgin Billing & with your logo. Said our service will be suspended from 02/04 due to invalid billing info & invited us to sign into our account by clicking on button in email to validate billing details.

@virginmedia I pay for 300 meg broadband and have done for a long time. Currently via ethernet cable I get 100 meg and wifi 30-40 meg tops. But as low as 10-15 meg. When trying to stream anything via firestick I get buffering. A few weeks ago we had no problems.

@virginmedia Since the beginning of January (I moved house) and I am waiting for Virgin Media to connect my service! So I am without internet, TV and telephone! Booked 3 times, and 3 times you cancelled!

@virginmedia I’m sorry but that’s goal post moving. I’m not accepting that as a valid response. If you’re paid money for a service I expect a half decent service. This is 60% of what we are paying for. Also, I complained over the phone and you never responded to my complaint.

@virginmedia Yes, we've checked faults. We've reset our router. We've contacted customer support who have opened and closed cases with no results or compensation. It has continually gotten worse and we realised we could be spending half the price to ensure consistency.

@virginmedia They dug up part of the road, left wires hanging out in front of the house a week ago. He phoned Wednesday and was told someone would definitely be over by today to finish wiring the road to the house. Then cancelled to the 23rd suddenly. I'm regretting suggesting the service.
