All was fine until I renewed my contract, they overcharged me for services agreed and I even had it in black and white on a contract from them, multiple phone calls to India with no resolution. Buffers all the time too

And no idea when it’s being fixed. Moved from BT 3 weeks ago for more reliable internet. Not impressed at all.
