    @virginmedia @StockerAlex And yes @StockerAlex it is true, in a 2 hour phone call, you talk with several members of staff, and to each one you have to start the same conversation over and over again! @virginmedia not good! Improve customer service, and don’t lie to your clients!

    @virginmedia family recently got your services and are having a sound issue which looking online is a problem that’s been around a while but I can find if you ever published a resolution - sound on V6 box cuts out intermittently for a moment in Dolby Ditial Audio programs

    @virginmedia @vmbusiness just phoned VM customer support & guys in the background shouted “hey it’s God’s brother calling up in Hindi” that customer was of 90 years of age; I found that remarks so appalling. They must treat their customer with respect as they would expect to be

    @virginmedia Hi - issue hasn’t resolved from reboot (didn’t appear to be an update). Also seeing very intermediate problems where programs freeze momentarily/blur (almost like on satellite when the weather gets in the way / when the hard drive was struggling to playback files)

    @virginmedia I pay for 300 meg broadband and have done for a long time. Currently via ethernet cable I get 100 meg and wifi 30-40 meg tops. But as low as 10-15 meg. When trying to stream anything via firestick I get buffering. A few weeks ago we had no problems.

    @virginmedia I’m sorry but that’s goal post moving. I’m not accepting that as a valid response. If you’re paid money for a service I expect a half decent service. This is 60% of what we are paying for. Also, I complained over the phone and you never responded to my complaint.

    @theTunnelBear is there an issue using your service on @virginmedia - first time using their internet and I can’t access your website and my bear won’t activate (HTTPS error is thrown rather than a direct blocking notification) think @ThreeUK are also blocking your website

    @virginmedia Since the beginning of January (I moved house) and I am waiting for Virgin Media to connect my service! So I am without internet, TV and telephone! Booked 3 times, and 3 times you cancelled!

    @virginmedia Last time I called I was told there was a cable problem and the field team would be in touch! The engineer didn’t call at my house and I had to chase... not heard from the field team and here I am chasing again!! I need my installation installed properly!!

    @virginmedia 3/3 and youtube, twitch, music will buffer until it recovers, from ethernet and wifi, as well. I have been giving a get out of contract with a penalty, but I can't go else where as no one provides fast speeds here bar Virgin. **** having 15Mbps connection with bt!

    @virginmedia Very poor service in nw6 1... Downlaod averages below 100 Mbps all day for the past 2 weeks. Usually around 30-60 Mbps. Despite it i'm paying in full for 200Mbps and GUARANTEED 105Mbps :)

    @virginmedia tried to cancel mobile direct debit on my dad’s behalf- he is going thru intensive chemo. Gave his online account pword, told his customer service one is diffrnt. Told unable to cancel unless he is dead/ in a nursing home. Lack of sensitivity & no ongoing advice.

    @virginmedia But I'd cleared security yesterday and I never got a chance to rectify the situation! I felt that I'd just been put on hold because no one wanted to deal with a complaint. I had my 80 year old mother in tears beside me!! This is TOTALLY unacceptable!
