@virginmedia hi there how come we pay for 200 mb broadband and constantly only get 24 mb then we rest the system and it’s fine 24 hrs later same problem getting very upset with it, please sort it or I’m off to BT. #poorservice

@virginmedia how come I have to reset my broadband router daily to get a signal, zero reception in the upstairs bedroom and yes we have a virgin signal booster, devices constantly need reconnecting and can’t speak to a human on the phone surprise surprise. #disappointed

Ok so, virgin media router kinda sucks, if I use the Bt SmartHub 2, it would basically just be a Wi-fi access point, so would need a like a rpi for dhcp Or I could just buy a google nest Wi-fi or something ubiquiti

@virginmedia Who knows but certain people with in your team have been very flippant about our situation and trying to palm us off with a 20pound credit. This is nowhere near acceptable considering the stress and upset your so called customer service team has put us through.

@virginmedia since Christmas our WiFi has been disgustingly bad. A few weeks ago I called yourselves and spent almost 2 hours on the phone. I upgraded our WiFi at home to the best possible WiFi we could have and yet it’s still shockingly bad. I’ve never known such shoddy service

@virginmedia It's not the WiFi at fault either. It's the actual connection from the modem to the external network and it comes and goes. Engineer visit is now on hold because it may be a wider network fault after all.

@virginmedia Yes, I’ve tried that. It’s definitely happening on other channels too, btw, including BBC1 HD. It was C4 HD that was the problem before. Doesn’t seem to be happening on C4 SD, though.

So @virginmedia are still crap. Over 8 hours on the phone, spoken with more than 14 different people, 5 wasted days waiting for installation, and it is now 22 days since I was meant to be allowed to use their service. #badcustomerservice

@virginmedia Lady that answered the phone seemed to deal with complaints, tech, billing but cant actually help with anything asked to speak to a manager and there wasn’t a manager in until Sunday ! And reminded me 4 times she’s doing overtime ! I’ll make sure to post her medal 🏅 ASAP
