    @virginmedia Apparently, there are no issues according to the service website!! But we are most definately experiencing them...sick of turning it on and off etc too and phoning only to be fobbed off.

    @virginmedia Engineer booked for Saturday! Hub just come back on line. Lady on Phone in Manchester said she would monitor and I would be eligible for a refund of some sort for the loss of service.

    My thsnks to @virginmedia engineer who sorted the issue yesterday. New Hub fitted, cable/attenuator fault also identified and fixed, and early as well. Was only without decent comms for 25 hrs, could have been much worse (I will happiliy take the day bill rebate though please)

    @virginmedia Stable this morning, that is the usual. I am wired to my laptops as I have a LAN set up. I also use wireless to other devices both through my router and direct to your hub so I can eluminate it being my Netgear as an issue. When it goes down the light goes green flashing

    @virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.

    @virginmedia you really need to sort this **** out, everyday I have to reset my router due to internet problems. Works for a couple hours and then dies. 222mbs download speed my *** barely get 80 on a daily basis

    @virginmedia hi my recordings keep stuttering and are so hard to watch and yes have reset my boxes and still does the same thing having looked online people are saying that it’s a hard drive issue and that I need a new v6 box what’s the best way to sort this out

    @MicksterNoonan @virginmedia @joelycett We have had problems. Trying to cancel our Virgin account but can't get hold of anyone to cancel it. Meanwhile they collect £60 per month, want to change to £24 per month so costing me money.

    @virginmedia Yes I have done. App says ‘great’ in my upstairs. The slow Speed test and frequent drop-outs would disagree with this assessment.
