I sent a email to @virginmedia on the 15th January, I was given the following Complaint reference: C-150121161 And promised contact within 28 days, by my counting it’s been 2 months.....

@virginmedia The service status page hasn’t updated since 1pm. Everyone in the area has the internet down and yet I’m being told right now on the phone there is no problem. I had an engineer booked tomorrow and VM cancelled that and now can’t send one until Monday? Awful service.

@virginmedia I am extremely unhappy broadband been down since 1.15pm. Booked an engineer. This has been cancelled with no explanation. Can’t book another. Service status says it’s fine but many others online in CT10 says there is an area issue. First person on phone hung up.

@virginmedia @Dan13lBurk3 I spoke to tour customer service team who “guaranteed this fault would rectified by 21:25”. I explained the gravity as I needed to finish work for Xmas. They lied!!

@virginmedia... broadband has been down all day and expected back at 5:25pm, still not working. Now, recheck the app and not expected back until 8am tomorrow! Seriously?! Why? What has happened? How can it be down for that long? Ridiculous, especially when people work from home.

@virginmedia I’m not a technician, can you guys just let me leave my contract after this. Terrible customer service, even worse service, waiting to join @EE but stuck in a contract that only seems to work one way. You really are a shambles.

@virginmedia not had internet, for 24 hours. I spoke to customer services at 18:00 who “guaranteed it would be fixed by 21:25” I checked this 3 times as, at that point, I could arrange alternatives to finish work for Xmas. Now I can’t and still have no internet. Appalling!

@virginmedia That isn’t correct. The first bill be correct as it has the discounts applied. The issue is that the contract states from July ‘23 my bill will go up more than double when it was sold as being fixed until March ‘24.

@virginmedia The connection has been poor, sometimes there is no working connection. It also loses connection for a minute or two several times a day. A technician came out to check, but I am still having the same problems. I’m assuming now it is the hub that’s the problem

@virginmedia entire service is down- again- in G44 5Ay. For the 4th time in the week. This time no phone, no TV, No Internet. can see 2 engineer vans outside but 'service status' doen't seem to have a clue and impossible to talk to a human. I WFH- sort it out!!!!

@WeAreOpenreach Our street has been without broadband/landline since Sunday after damage by contractors working for Virgin Media. One of the crew gave me the reference number SS1JPV95. Is there any way you can tell me when it will be fixed? Also raised separately to my provider.

@D93Michael @virginmedia Ours is the same! 3 times we’ve been through the same with Virgin support ‘it should be sorted within 3 days’ and they don’t sort it. Ridiculous!
