    @virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

    Virgin Media engineer so say repairs neighbours phone line, but connects me to their house phone and clears off ,useless. Now up to 4hr wait time for Virgin help team to get call back ,for something that was ok before. PS my phones not working . #Virginmedia @virginmedia

    @vmbusinesshelp how can you claim to have a 24/7 fault support hotline if every time I call i either get cut off or after 5-10 mins of hold music I get a dial tone then silence? How can it be that @vmbusiness has even worse customer service and reliability than @virginmedia?

    @virginmedia your live bot is utter rubbish!! Round and round in circles then directs me to 150 each time. My broadband had been crap for months now. Almost useless working from home. I want someone to call me. Not the other way round.

    @virginmedia No wireless internet connection. Don’t have a wireless connection. Just one yellow light on the box. Left box and tv turned off overnight same problem this morning. Put in Wi-Fi network name and password but nothing is working. Have online meetings today.

    @virginmedia That’s great but we don’t have a cable because the WiFi should work, it’s why we pay for it. I have reset the router 6 times this morning, checked the cables each time. I’ve disconnected every device and reconnected them once the router is back up. It still goes down 10mins later

    @CarmaniaGB @virginmedia Virgin is epic at inconveniencing customers. Cancelled on 31 Jan, they decided to not accept that and treat final bill date as 2 Mar. Then they delayed the return details for the kit. And now they say oh the refund takes 30 days from when kit is returned. Moving goal posts much?
