    So broadband is down and has been all yesterday and today so check status shows No known issues, so call @virginmedia only to be told expected fix date is 13th!!!!!! A week in this day and age!!!! Unbelieveable!!! #FinalStraw been a loyal customer but service has been poor lately

    @virginmedia I have one phone.. My husband has one phone.. neither of them can receive a call or make a call from most parts of the house. Calls drop if we move away from doors or front window upstairs. I'll try text support.

    @virginmedia Well Done @virginmedia you have hit all time low customer service standards in my eyes. I presume my call was in relation to my compliant but after no introduction to the call Im unsure. In short, point blank refused to call back at a time I wasnt eating my dinner and hung up!!😡

    When @virginmedia answer your call just before 9pm then tell you their system gets ‘shut off’ at 9pm so Aapparently now I have to wait for the computer to restart.. 🤔🙄 Then they just hang up. Same old customer service 🙄

    @virginmedia Grrrrrrr! So frustrating, I've had a new broadband hub for a month or so now because of issues with WiFi and now have spent the best part of my morning sorting WiFi issues, and now still no WiFi...... I've got better things to do. #Annoying

    @smaxamillione @virginmedia Sorry to hear. I have had Sky fibre broadband for a few years now and never have any issues. Whilst I'm not the biggest fan of their TV packages, I can't fault them on their broadband.

    .@virginmedia tried your WhatsApp supports, you agents took literally 20 hours to reply and ended the chat after I didn't reply for 5 mins. Now I have to start the entire wait again. This is insane, do you really think it's acceptable to treat customers this way?

    @virginmedia my broadband has been down since 10pm last night and has still not came up also was down throughout the week but I keep getting told to wait 24hrs each time it works for a day then stops again but no one will send an engineer out to see what the issue is.

    @virginmedia They returned to normal as it did for the many other people that complained on twitter to the point you were trending. I was told earlier this year it was an isolated incident. but this is the third time this year. You broke something on your end. It needs looking into.
