    @virginmedia Our tv has an intermittent black screen problem from the start. When I call the system tells me to reboot the system. I’ve done that 10 times. As I could not speak to someone I called Sales who put me through to technical who I waited for 75 mins with no answer. Any help Virgin?

    @virginmedia so engineer has been, reset everything. For one day fine and again it’s been dropping off and getting worse by the day. Engineer told me that the signal was sporadic which is causing me to lose internet connection why can’t you sustain my paid for service? @WhichUK
