    @virginmedia Repeated wifi failure causing issues trying to stream any catch up or live channels. Wifi drops at random intervals. Poor signal strength through my property. Failure to organise the booster as promised way back in September. Failure to call me back after request for my number.

    @virginmedia I was offered a price to increase my broadband price by the sales team last week, have just called and been told itโ€™s now double. Now been put through to customer service who can do the deal, on hold forever and itโ€™s was sales who initially offered the price. Whatโ€™s going on?

    @virginmedia right Virgin, Iโ€™m done...I canโ€™t stream, canโ€™t watch catch up, canโ€™t watch a film on demand, WiFi dropping out, canโ€™t get through to anyone to sort the problem. DD cancelled and i expect you to resolve my persistent technical issues or accept a lost customer.

    @virginmedia Still remain unhappy. The complaint was logged on Tuesday. As of today, nearly a week after Virgin removed ability to use phone and several more calls to Virgin, you have not fix the problem. Not the best customer service experience!

    @virginmedia Lies!!! Customer for years ... waiting for a call back from the complaints manager! Apparently need to wait 24 hrs- canโ€™t express how useless and patronising the international reps are and itโ€™s unacceptable that we are as customers are shown this level of rubbish care!!!!
