@virginmedia Every call I make I can barely hear the other person. Happens all the time. Poor reception constantly . Because you align to Vodafone they’re hopeless round here .

Oh @virginmedia why bother sending emails with customer satisfaction surveys attached when you have zero interest in taking any notice of what your customers think? If you had, you'd listen to our complaints instead of squeezing as many £££ as possible out of us before we cancel!

@virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.

@virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

@virginmedia No, none at all, your service status has no known issues in the area. She has been on live chat with one of your colleagues and an engineer visit has been organised. Very frustrating as she is working from home

@virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

@virginmedia last September so called part of the package took an O2 sim what a mistake trying to rearrange things had to put my phone no partners name as told by your advisor now trying to reclaim my telephone number into my name O2 are terrible very bad customer advisors

@LG__88 @virginmedia They are useless! I just phoned the customer service line earlier and and the advisor “guaranteed” it would be fixed at 10 am today. Checked the service status again 5 mins after and it had been changed to 12pm. Just keeps going back.

@virginmedia This is a persistent problem, the fact that there's consistent ways to crash the router suggests that this is an actual Denial-of-Service bug in the router's firmware which could potentially be exploited, this would require a firmware patch to fix.

@virginmedia i recently cancelled my Volt2 contract due to the price rise but signed a new one for internet only. I was under the impression it would cancel everything, but my 02 sim card which i don't use is still part of the package. i don't want to be paying for this!
