    Well after many many years of being a @virginmedia customer today I finally cancelled my contract. It’s totally disgusting how much they charge. ie £115 a month & saying it was going to go up another £5

    @virginmedia No service issues and my other half has said the ping test hard wired by an Ethernet cable is coming back with 0.11’s 0.3 0.5 0.31. The house we are in is a small 2 up 2 down and devices drop out intermittently, it’s really annoying.

The mark of a good company IMO is how they fix problems especially when it’s their fault not just providing a service #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Tv came back for about an hour, now not working again. Not the same error as before, for some reason it now says ‘This channel is not authorised’ for every channel selected. Is this the same issue? LE65 area

    @O2 Signal in Redcar is so slow at TS10 4. Dropping to Edge some times. Even with Virgin Media on another device it’s poor. Website says congestion, but it’s been like this for a week now!

    @virginmedia That would be lovely but cannot ring on 150 as busy and cuts you off and cannot report the outage online as service is ‘temporarily’ unavailable. As I guessed nothing automatic or customer centric and with the process unable to be followed, now what??? Lutz is not on Twitter!!
