    @virginmedia All fine now - but TBH we're probably going to cancel. Our contract is up its going up from £70 to £85/month. To sign a new deal is a £82. Your offer to new customers is £45. I can't be bothered with this hassle every few months so am looking at sky. Thanks for checking though 👍

    @virginmedia Yes I have explained all this before. Is there any point? My recent issue was with the pathetic final letter, now combined with the fact that your system is so poor you know nothing about this. Totally poor customer experience.

    @virginmedia I’ve called, but that provided no help. I was told I’d get a callback from a team closer to the issue in 24 hours - which has since passed. Honestly, not a good start and I’ve not got service yet!

    @virginmedia The only detail I’ve had is as follows and it’s hardly detailed. Please can someone tell me what is the issue and where, with timescales. “Hi, it's Virgin Media here. The installation is kept on hold due to construction issue.”

    @virginmedia That you don't have enough staff to meet customer demand, apparently you don't have a complaints team and a £20 credit should solve all our problems. We never had this issue when we were with @SkyBroadband

    @virginmedia Hi .. no my dad is complety deaf and has a brain injury so my mum had to deal with these sort of things and is not in good health herself. She wanted to cancel from the 19th April as I have found her another supplier that can give her what she has now with you for half the price.

    You know what, it would have been courteous to have asked me to turn the box off and on again as a bare minimum (which I have done) or just a “sorry I don’t know” but nothing at all is a crap way to treat folks that actually pay your salary @virginmedia
