    @virginmedia If you read back, I already mentioned that I had done do. Hence the speed test that I performed. Look, I mean no disrespect but your service is a bit of a joke. I couldn't even get through on the phone! Engaged tone for 2hours. Thankfully, things seem ok today.

    @virginmedia anyone thinking of joining these clowns think again. No customer service. Read all of the comments under their adverts. Their advertising should be done under the Trades Description Act as it's nowhere near good enough even with the faster speeds.

    Anyone else have ongoing issues with @virginmedia charging the wrong price on bills, month after month? I'm sick of having to call up, to be told the issue is sorted (and refund added) only to be overcharged again the following month. Absolute joke.
