@virginmedia and you would get back to me (VM) After a couple of months I spoke to a young man in customer service who said it was something you offered and as I had issues with my landline he would get someone to call me about it ASAP this could take 72hrs &still waiting

@virginmedia Unfortunately the first member of staff disconnected our call then the second member was fairly rude so I think it’s time for me to move on and get better service and something I can afford, I’ve been trying for the past year to get a better deal but never got more than this.

@virginmedia absolutely shocking that as a customer since 2012 out of contract since 2014 decided to tackle the £130+ a month bill only to be told we can knock off £10 but increase your broadband is the only offer you can make to keep me with you. Time to move on

@virginmedia hi I’ve got to say I’m extremely disappointed by your customer service with upgrading my phone I called to upgrade on Monday and everything got though to including credit checks and the reply was sorry we’ve got to do back off checks and I’ve still heard nothing back

Made it close to impossible for me to cancel my fathers contract after he died and handed it over to a debt collection company (sending threatening letters to a dead person) and ignored any correspondence from me trying to sort things. @virginmedia Seems your business model is never answer when someone wants to leave. 8 hours on WhatsApp yesterday totally ignored by Retentions. Queuing on phone again 30min probably get cut again after 1 hour.

@virginmedia I have tried to cancel my account seven times and spoke to six people who confirmed it’s been done and am getting emails saying it’s not, all payments are up to date ive moved to an address that can get virgin use checked this and confirmed still same rubbish emails

@virginmedia It been restored. My point being an SMS or email to business clients would have saved me a call. Why not proactively alert, than point people to status. (Who ironically might not be able to access). "Our service is down but we are on it. Will update with eta or resolution." Easy.
