Worst service of any company I've ever had to deal with, and believe Me I've dealt with some **** ones in My life. My 91 year old Dad has no landline at the moment, and no way of contacting anyone at Virgin. Disgraceful Company.

We have issues quite regularly but generally just for an hour or 2. Think I'll be heading back to Sky once this contract comes to an end.

Been trying to get hold of them all day, but all they do is use the excuse that Covid 19 is causing staffing problems. They have just doubled My Dad's bill, without any explanation and it's causing a great deal of stress. 😞

I also use wireless to other devices both through my router and direct to your hub so I can eluminate it being my Netgear as an issue. When it goes down the light goes green flashing
