    The worst part is, @virginmedia are the ones that called ME to offer me new channels on offer...& yet they’ve messed me over and charging me more than what was offered on the phone, & refuse to put me back to my old package. Can’t believe the appalling levels of customer service.

    @virginmedia so I cancelled my contract in April. Still being billed. Sent in a complaint. Was phoned by your team. Asking for the wrong person and account. Please sort it out.

    FURIOUS with @virginmedia, they’ve just lost a loyal customer. Lied to me on the phone about pricing & packages, & when I called to complain, had no answers, & purposely kept me on the phone for 45mins till 8pm when their customer services close so they won’t have to answer me.

    @virginmedia And... they have replied to the team requesting the box... being fobbed off and told to ignore the emails!.. BUT, they are still being bombarded with them. ! No help whatsoever.

    @virginmedia Just gave it a call and there is no fault in the area. Only dodgy in my house. Have recently had a booster sent to me. This unfortunately didn’t improve the service
