    Why @virginmedia did it take 6 hours to downgrade our package to just broadband on your chat functionality. We got there eventually.. but not after multiple upsell tries and much frustration. It's like the poor person on the end of the chat only makes money when he upsells...

    @virginmedia Nope! just spent two hours on the phone to what you laughing call "Customer Care" people. They can only be called at best useless. It's more than obvious that your company has nothing but contempt for its customer so will not be using your services.

    @virginmedia Honestly, I tried contacting customer support & they didn't care, so I don't think there's anything further you can do, the functionality of 360 is hopeless, doesn't come anywhere near as good as the old TiVo box. I just need to dump the overpriced VM service as soon as possible.

    @virginmedia so not only do you cut off vunerabule 90year old lady cut off from all her friends and family. potentially putting her in harm's way, not having any emergency access. You then take away her phone number, cancel her account without contacting her.

    @virginmedia I can't not wait until my broadband contract is up, its the worst Internet connection I have ever known it drops out 4 to 5 times a day. And when I contract your customer care team they are no help at all.

    Just tried to cancel my @virginmedia broadband. Put through to disconnects team twice who have hung up on me, twice. Good system for stopping cancellations I suppose. Yet more top quality virgin customer service!

    @virginmedia The tech was going to report his findings back with the hope to get a network tech to check the cabinet and beyond to establish and repair the issue. We also have numbers 23, 35, 39, Me 30 all down with the same issue.

    @virginmedia Getting really cheesed off with the ropey service all over the holidays. Multiple resets and dropouts every few minutes. Online gaming hardly possible. Download speeds <1mb/s often as not. £100/month doesn’t get you much these days. 😡
