    I’ve recently switched from @virginmedia to @skytv and it has to be the WORST decision ever. So many connectivity problems, dropping network on the Q Mini boxes all the time. Absolute ****!

    .@vmbusiness We heard today that due to repairs ours & other business broadbands @FlourishGlen will be down for 6 hours next Thursday. We will have to close and turn away 100s of customers as won't able to take payment.Surely the hospitality sector has had enough trials in 2021?

    @virginmedia lost cable tv at 11am this morning, rebooted, nothing. Went on #VirginMedia online, no where to find assistance. Have been trying to report the problem on 150 as requested, just get message saying everyone is busy, phone later. Very poor/no customer service

    @ChavinaMckall @shazcow55 @virginmedia Just 4?? You are lucky. Took them 6 months to work out our cable was damaged in the green street box. So they had to do a complete cable pull. It's been down more than 4 times this year alone. More than 40 since we had "broadband" 512kbit installed 21 years ago.
